Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

This company goes above and beyond they make sure I am safe specially, during the pandemic they have a mask on with no problem. On time is fantastic in my book. they listen to me help me in and out the shower had no problem with cooking some meals for me. I felt very safe when they was here so I think you right at home for helping me.

We hired Right at Home for my mom. We've been using them for a few months now. I called them because I needed night care for my mom who has dementia and she has problems sleeping at night. They are very good with dealing with people that have these issues and they're not afraid to work with her at night. They know how to redirect her. They are not afraid to stay up at night and help her get up if she gets up four times or ten times. They are pleasant and professional. My mother likes the caregivers a lot. The people that I deal with to hire the caregivers are excellent and professional. They get back to me. It's nice to be able to talk to somebody on the phone. I give them the top grade. I use them four nights a week. They're actually filling in for me tonight because I have another family situation. It doesn't matter who they are or which ones that come, they're just amazing, pleasant, and helpful, and they provide information that's helpful with my mom. I highly recommend them. Scheduling and billing are excellent.

I've been using Right at Home for a year and a half now. Their caregiver is the only one that I had in the last 10 or 15 years that I could get along with, and she does everything for me. She's basically just an aide. She comes here four days a week, and she helps clean. They're very lenient with scheduling.

I recently gave Right at Home a two star rating because the manager with whom I had been dealing was not responsive. The matter has been resolved, and a more appropriate rating would be four stars to five stars.

I am very thankful for Right at Home. We have two caregivers, Lucero and Angela, that are just wonderful. I feel very comfortable with both of them, as they built great relationships with dad. They have him doing exercises that he wouldn't do for me. My mind is at ease and I never have to worry.

Thanks for all you do Right at Home. I am so impressed with Dee's professionalism, focused attention on my mom, her gentle and caring way of speaking to my mom, and her overall niceness. I return home knowing that when Dee visits, mom is in her capable and kind hands.

Because of some past concerns, we were skeptical of home care aides, but Linda is amazing. She is compassionate and caring. If she sees something not right, she's all over it. She takes time with Carl and relates well to him. She is all for the patient, and a great human being. We are so grateful.

I have been using Right at Home for about a month now. It is excellent. One caregiver comes in and gives my husband shower or bath, she dresses him, she helps him straighten up, and she has taken him out to sit outside. She is very nice. He is not used to that so it took a little getting used to, but he really appreciates everything she does. I have no problem with billing and scheduling. Their schedules were right on time. I have no problem with that.

My mom's experience with Right at home was excellent. The caregiver was excellent. Prior to Mom going into the hospital getting UTI and then evolving into hospice, Anne, the caregiver, was fabulous. She's an excellent part of this agency. She came every day and provided companionship, bathing, meals, and playing puzzles together. Just kindness and compassion along with ensuring that my mom was safe all day long. It was all a good experience.

Right at Home is very good. They are here Monday through Friday from 2:30 to 11:30 because I work from 3 to 11. They also give me Saturday from 5:30 to 11:30. That's my day off because I take care of my mother myself and it is hard. Well, they just keep an eye on her. They warm up her meals, they change her diaper when she needs to, and they rub her back. They keep her very comfortable. We have them for a year-and-a-half now. They're very good. A while back, they were inconsistent because they said they had aides coming in but they didn't show up. I had to take a day off from work to stay here with my mother. Right now, they're very consistent. They're very nice people. They try to help you out.

We have been using Right at Home since September. They are taking care of my daughter. They help out with household chores, they bathe her, they dress her, and they prepare meals for her. Recently, they started also taking care of me. I have 13 hours a week and my daughter has Monday through Thursday 4 to 9 and Saturday and Sunday from 9 to 9. For myself, they also help out with more of the household chores, or the cleaning that I can't do. I have 5 back surgeries in 2016 and that left me completely unable to perform a lot of tasks. They are here while I shower, and they help me with laundry, they put my clothes away because I can't reach up in order to hang them up. They help with just normal everyday cleaning. The caregivers are wonderful and I love them. They are caring, they understand your needs, and they will do everything within their power to make sure that you have the help you need. They also make sure that the person that they sent is the right fit for the family.

We have been with Right at home for three months now. They are for my wife. They help with meal prep, washing, bathing, feeding, some light housekeeping, and keeping my wife comfortable. The caregivers are very good. I have been doing this for 10 years now. We had a number of agencies but Right at Home seems to be better. The two primary people they have here are right on time and ready to do business every day. They're pretty good. I would be glad to endorse them.
