We were pleased with Life Force. We were pleased with the care that my mother was getting. The caregiver was very good. My mother was not cooperative but she's very patient with her. We were happy with them.

Life Force was recommended to us by a social worker at the hospital. The caregivers were very good and their work attitude was excellent. I think one of the things that they'll have to work on is to see to it that every workers should have their CNA. The reason why is that our insurance company had long term health care and they would not pay if the workers did not have their CNA.
