We used Home Care Assistance for my mother-in-law within the last month. I liked their resources. What I liked the most was that they kept in touch and worked to get someone, but the girl didn't work out on the first day. It wasn't the agency so much as the workers. The agency depends on their workers to come out and do the job. When they don't do it, it makes the agency look bad. They provide overall care in terms of feeding meals, bathing, light house duty, companionship, and helping my mother-in-law with her physical therapy and occupational therapy.
