Maybe they could have more training before they send the new employees out. They need to be able to use the Hoyer lift.
They could have more caregivers in case of an emergency. They have sent supervisors out when they did not have anyone else.

The caregiver I got is on time.
Say my caregiver is at the store picking something for me, I'm not allowed to text him if I want to add something to the list. I have a problem with that.

Those weekly phone calls have been great both my daughter and I feel supported.
I like that I feel very supported by them, I get phone calls weekly from them.

When they were here, it was fantastic. They took care of Greg and made sure he had his meds, a clean bottom, and clean sheets.
The scheduling needs improvement. If one of them calls out, they need to have someone available to come in.

When a caregiver is going to be out, they need to try and find someone to replace them. I went three weeks without a caregiver. I was about to fire them.

I would have liked them to make sure the client actually knew information as far as the caregiver coming by.

The two workers were fantastic. They continued to reinforce to me that I was doing the right thing.
The girl that we were put in touch with was not very honest. Neither caregiver that they put us in touch with was certified by Integrity. She was also really loud.

My mom had a caregiver with this company for about 4 months.
My mom told me REBECCA would PULL my mom by her arms to get her out of bed.
My mom's arms are bone on bone....
Then she called my mom lazy in a text message she sent me.
Monday never showed up for her SHIFT.
The company never sent a replacement. There excuse no one in the area to work.

Another problem is that they will only send someone for 6 hours at a time. I don't need someone for that long at a time. I would prefer to have someone come 3 times a week for 3 hours at a time.
When I hired them they were going to send someone on a Tuesday and Friday. For the last 2 weeks no one has showed up on Tuesday.

It depended on who came. There was a day the caregiver broke part of my husband's scooter, it was not a good fit. Some caregivers were really good but in the end. Jason was wonderful, though.
They didn't handle firing him right. They knew he was brain injured and he deals with dementia, and that was not taken into consideration when they fired him.

It helped to have someone there to care for my brother. It took a lot off of me.
The company should check in with the clients on how their employees are performing. There should be a way to fill out reviews once-a-month about how the caregivers are doing. I didn't want to complain but the company never asked us about them.

DJ has made it good. She watches Solomon like a hawk.
I like my caretaker right now. I was very comfortable with DJ but she quit and she's back now. They're getting better. The woman recognizes that she did wrong and there's a lack of communication. She makes sure I'm not in the clouds.

They could have kept in touch with us better when we were trying to reach out to them.

I would like more help and more enthusiasm.

They never return my calls. They have an employee come into our home who was exposed to COVID and they sent the caregiver back into our home. Integrity showed us NO MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION THAT THIS CAREGIVER DID NOT HAVE COVID. MY HUSBAND IS VERY ILL WITH MULTIPLE HEALTH ISSUES. MY ADULT CHILDREN AND FAMILY ARE VERY CONCERNED BECAUSE MY HUSBAND WOULD NOT SURVIVE COVID. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND STAND WHY INTEGRITY DOES NOT RETURN MY CALLS. THIS IS SERIOUS PATIENT NEGLECT, NOT TO GIVE US MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION THAT OUR CAREGIVER DOES NOT HAVE COVID.

I guess with the initial assessment they did not send someone that was a good fit. I just thought they would have figured it out from that.

They blamed me for the caregivers not wanting to help me. They tried to shame me but the aide didn't want to come because they had another client that they preferred. I wanted them because of their name, but they don't have integrity.

They worked to try to cover times that we need them. They are willing to work with me and they always have someone available. They never say that they do not have someone, they always have someone available.
The company is great, the owner is wonderful, but I have had trouble with the people who come to the house. We are happy with the person we have now, but we have only had her for one day. She is sweet and my mom is happy with her. We have been with them for three months, it took them that long to find someone we like.

They help me in every way they can. They take me to the store in a car. I cannot see too good with my contacts so when I pay for something they count it out and pay for me then.

When I have the aides come it has a huge impact on me. I can barely walk and my aide took some things out that I couldn't do on my own and now I am more empowered to take care of my messes. The little bit of help I can get from them makes a huge difference.
I would like to see better communication. I am wondering if part of the communication problem isn't due to what I think so part of the problem might be with my phone.

She helps with putting wraps on my dad's legs. My dad has problem with circulation, and he's going to have another knee replacement. She just seems like a very caring gal.
We have a really good caregiver that works well with my dad. I talked to someone and told her that we needed a change, and they gave us a new one. She just works so well with him.
