About This Community
Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

Kim Is wonderful! I have her for showers assist. She is confident and competent and on time ,and really knows how to get you in and out of the shower safely she makes safety a priority. I really feel safe with her. Kim is caring and compassionate and makes you feel that you are the only one that she is caring for when she is with you. I often tell her , I don’t know what I would do without you. And I don’t want to try.!

As long as I live, I will never be able to thank Right at Home enough for making it possible for me to get through each and every single day of my life thanks to the awesome caregivers that they have blessed me with. Kati and Becca are just a hand full of the wonderful angels that come to mind when I think of the women who care for my every need without complaint or judgment.
Without my team of caregivers from Right At Home, life would be impossible to get through. I cannot recommend Right At Home enough to anyone who is in need of in home care. They are the light in the darkness.

Last July, during the pandemic with both my in-laws at age 95, living independently at home-my father-in-law experienced a sudden and rapid decline. We tried to care for him at home and help our mom but his needs were far beyond our capabilities. I was desperate to find 24-hr in home help; local agencies were short staffed and overwhelmed with the added demands because of home-bound clients due to covid19. When I explained to Right at Home our dire situation (we had also called in hospice), they pulled out all stops and scrambled to get us caregivers in place...it took just 36 hours to do so. Every one of their staff was incredibly professional, well-trained, kind, responsive, caring. They gave us exactly the help we needed to care for our father, help our mother and give us all such comfort during a tremendously difficult time. We cannot express our gratitude enough; we highly recommend Right at Home for all your income care needs.

Exceptional top-notch service from the entire Right At Home team! This agency provided my parents with 24-hour care and we are so impressed and pleased with their responsiveness and quality of service. We have worked with several caregiving agencies and this team is definitely the best. They have the most stringent caregiving hiring and training, and as a result, we have been blessed to know and trust the most amazing caregivers. All the employees are effective and a delight to work with – from initial contract-setting to staffing and invoicing. They always happily and effectively met our every request. Right at Home provided excellent service for my Grandmother. Her wishes were to stay in her house as long as possible and this agency allowed us to keep her there until she passed. They were more affordable than the other agencies we looked at as well. Competent, caring people!

She helps me take a bath, she also helps me with my dressing. She cooks and cleans for me. She does my breakfast and occasionally fixes my lunch. She pushes me around in my wheelchair.
I always tell them good things about them. I have had no negative experiences.

It gives me some little time and I know someone is with him and interacting with him. They also do chores around the house, which helps me.
I like how they interact with my husband because he has dementia and he always has a positive experience with them.

They are helpful. I have a couple that could improve, but overall they are good.
The caregivers that I have right now are good, they are understanding, and they help me out and answer questions just like they should. They take me to the doctor.

I have tried several agencies for caregiving over the years, and Right at Home has been by far the best. They know how to screen their caregivers well, have effective rules and protocol for protecting their clients, and are skilled at pairing their clients with the most compatible caregivers.

I would tell someone that they are very caring and ready to do anything that was required to help around the house such as laundry, cooking, and doing the dishes. I was comfortable with leaving my loved one in the hands of the caregiver that was taking care of her that day.

My mother lived at Stone Lodge in Bend, Oregon. When she fell, but open her knee and then returned after rehab, Right at Home helped with her daily care and medications. All three workers were caring, professional and easy to work with. I would recommend Right at Home.

Right at Home goes out of their way to provide good care, and I have never had a problem with them. The services have give me respite care so that I, as the full-time caregiver, have one or two days a week to do chores and visit my mother. I'm able to get out and get some respite.

From my experience, Right at Home has always been very responsive and quick to react to changes that I need. The caregiver we have now is excellent. The caregiver and the client have a great relationship. The services give me the opportunity to get out of the house a couple times a week.

I received good, efficient help from Right at Home. They are way above the standards. Right at Home's caregiver helped me to get up, cleaned up, and ready for the day. There is not much more they could have done because I'm hard headed and I will do it by myself if I can.

Right at Home has been able to cover really quickly if there is a problem with the caregiver not showing up. They also listen to my feedback and adapt to the feedback. Like when my mother no longer wanted male attendants, they took care of that. The service provides me peace of mind in the morning. The caregivers help my mother shower and get to exercise classes, so I know my mom is covered.
