Right at Home Beaverton provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

It's been helpful for me because I don't have to be there all the time. I get to come and be the fun person sometimes. I can have a more personal relationship with my mom. It's nice to know someone is checking on her when I'm not there.
The scheduling fits well for us.

It is good to have someone else that shares my mom as a responsibility. It allows me to work and not be with her all of the time.
I like the lady that comes to our house. They might micromanage her a little too much and they could maybe lean more on what our thoughts are for her.

I had a couple of good caregivers but then they stopped sending them. The level of care is very dependent on the caregiver. There were some good and bad caregivers.
Right at Home needs better follow up in their office and more coordination in the office. The office work was not good. It felt like they were hiring people off the streets since they weren't professional.

I don't have any complaints. They are always there when I am falling. They bring me food if I don't feel like going down and getting it. Right now we are having a hard time hiring people to work here. They go down and get what we want and it is very convenient.
I like that they are prompt, honest, and clean.

I don't know if it's feasible but trying to find the time to further instruct new trainees would be helpful. They could have them more ready to come into the individual's home.
They follow through when I ask for something. They may have to call me back but they follow through.

They were able to find people who can help my husband with the Hoyer lift. They always send good people.
There are more things that I like about them more than things that I don't like. They have many excellent people. I don't have to tell them what to do because they know what to do. They are trained well.

My mother-in-law is using Right at Home. Everything has been fine. The only issue I've seen is scheduling issues sometimes. Other than that, they're able to confirm if somebody's coming, and they do a good job. They help with bathing, dressing, and cleaning her room, her bed, and the house. The caregivers have all been good.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are the 3rd company that we used in the care of my 90 year old mother before she passed away, and I wish that I would have found them first as it would have saved me a lot of grief, time and tears. The care that my mother received was above and beyond anything that I had experienced. Darlene was such an amazing caregiver, that loved my mother and treated her as if she was the only person in the world. I knew that when we were not at home caring for her ourselves, that she was in the best of hands. I would not hesitate for one split second recommending this company and their caregivers for any need you have for your loved ones.

I was very pleased with McKynzie's caregiving. She knew what needed doing and didn't have to be asked. She was very understanding of what help was needed. She was also good company. I will miss her but hope she continues to help others.

Our experience with Right At Home has been a good one. The staff has been very responsive to our needs and any issues have been addressed quickly and quietly. Two years ago, I contacted RAH for assistance. My uncles health was failing and he asked that I become his guardian. His only request was that I try to keep him in his home for as long as possible. I am pleased to say that except for several hospital stays, he is still able to be at home with caring people from this agency. He looks forward to his daily "visits" with his caregivers, and truly appreciates their commitment to helping him maintain his independence. Thank you, L.O.
