I've got At Home Senior Solutions coming in for my wife eight hours a day, then I'll take it in the evening, and that seems to be working out OK. Right now, I think we'll just it keep this way. They help us out with companionship, showering, house-related stuff, occasional incontinence, fixing breakfast and lunch, picking things up that she has moved around, and some laundry. They're excellent. We only have two aides, the one is five days a week, and one is two days a week. They're consistent and doing a great job.

my brother Tony who is 51 has m.s is completely disabled. every time he would get attached to a care giver they would switch that person out because of a promotion. we requested that only female care givers be sent because Tony is uncomfortable with have a male care giver. however, despite our specific instructions regarding this issue we were sent two men anyway which we had to send away. then we received two very young inexperienced girls who quit within days because it was too hard to feed my brother and watch game shows with him all day. really? yup! my family literally changes my brothers undergarments and gets him in an out off bed at needed. we only need someone to sit with him keep him company and feed him. we finally get a gal he reality liked and really bonded with which was awesome dude to the fact I live out of state and my elderly parents can only do so much. anyway as they had done before the company decided to promote this girl and move her out. setting us up as another training ground. I specifically asked this girl to please tell my brother and don't lie to him because he really liked her and I was afraid her just not showing up again would plunge him into another depression. she told me the company told her to lie so that she wouldn't have to sit there with him being all gloomy on her last day. so after promising me to tell the truth she waved goodbye and told him she's coming back the next day. I am so upset. how cruel and unprofessional can a caregiver and her boss be? I have driven to Oregon to help them find a new company that actually cares about there clients. this place is horrible!

Great caregiver does lots of jobs. Does really well on coordination of tasks and errand management. Great care. Lack of notification when caregiver could not make it to shift. Personally love the caregiver assigned to me. Multi-talented caregiver is the best!

My caregiver is amazing as well as the office staff for the agency. Since 2016 I have had the same caregiver he has gone above and beyond the call of duty for a caregiver. I am 67 years old and sadly I don’t know how to read or write very well without help and my care taker has helped to teach me the basics and help me through this struggle. He has helped me to get motivated to lose 70 pounds leaving me feeling so much better about myself and way better shape then what I was 4 or 5 years ago. He helps me cooks and clean and bath myself as well as shopping and exercises. I know that 5 mins before my schedule visit he is there getting ready to clock in and help me. I can call any time of day and they answer the phone and help me. I called the Care manager at midnight before and she answered and got me the help I needed. This is the only agency in my eyes that goes way out of their way to help.

I feel whatever I want done, is taken care of. My caregiver from At Home Senior Solutions is the best. I would be lost without her.

I have been with at home Senior solutions for Many year, my husband Joel had them too before he passed away, his favorite caregiver was Jessica m. She is my favorite too. She’s like family. She gets everything done with out me having to keep on her about doing simple things. She really Went above and beyond when my husband passed, she dealt with most of the arrangements around my husband passing away. I knew I could trust her and she only wanted what’s best for me. I’m so thankful for having her as my caregiver. She is alway on time or early to her shift with me. I know I don’t have to stress because I know she will show up and be ready to help me with making me breakfast, helping me sponge bath, getting dressed and help clean the house.

Ginny, my caregiver is very knowledgeable about senior problems and affairs. Very competent at everything I have asked her to do. She is gentle and friendly.

My grandmother is a client of this agency and lets just say she can sometimes be a bit rough to deal with. This company is my 4th company trying out they can handle her and they do amazing! They assist (when she allows) showers, toileting help, meals and med assistance with some light house keeping. Her caregivers are always 5 mins early and go above and beyond the call of duty. This company has Care Advocates and this is so neat. You have one person you can call with all changes and they are all so nice and caring. The scheduler really listens to your needs and makes it happen to the best of her ability. I have even been fortunate enough to meet the owner of the company. He was with my care advocate Crystal. This is great to see the owner of a company out getting his own hands dirty and supporting his staff. You dont see that much. By far the best company to care for your loved ones.

Marcella of At Home Senior Solutions takes great care of my mother and is a good friend to her. She is always available as is Katie. Love them both.

We're using At Home Senior Solutions for my mother-in-law. They help her with toileting and showering, feeding her lunch, doing activities with her, and helping with housework, like dishes and they vacuuming. She's very comfortable with them. We've been using them for at least a month now. They came recommended by someone else I knew. Billing and scheduling are awesome. Their employees' clock-in and clock-out is awesome. They regularly call in and make sure there are no concerns and then deal with them immediately directly. They're hiring good people. The girl we got, Kristen, is top notch, absolutely professional, cordial, and works with mom, but has the authority to not let her push her around. I come home and I don't have to worry about anything. I've been blown out of the water by the professionalism of the company and the people they're providing.

We got At Home Senior Solutions for my father, and we'vee been using them for a month now. They provide companionship, housekeeping, exercise, meal preparation, and they take him to appointments. He's still adjusting, but he likes them. They're very accommodating, and they bill us twice a month.
