They've helped me in getting in home health care, there was nobody in my state who would work with my program that provides me care.

They have been negligent and inadequate. They do not know how clean dishes. They need common sense. They have no skills of anything that a caregiver needs. I am not even sure what qualifications they are looking for.
At the moment it needs improvement. They need to have greater and more thorough training.

The services are pretty good, but they ruined my floors. The caregiver can't cook, burns everything, and ruined my floor. I am not very happy with them.
I finally got a caregiver that knows what is going on. These young kids don't know how to clean a house.

I don't think they're good. They called me today and cancelled on me again. I was expecting them. Last week, I had a cancellation also. They sent out a girl I didn't know, but she was good. I can't take cancellation after cancellation. I have work to be done, and I need help.
The housekeeping is terrible. They send 21-year-old girls that haven't cooked and don't cook at home to help me. They need to match the person with the caregiver.

Some caregivers didn't know how to make the bed or clean the bathroom, but overall they were impactful.
The staff they have don't seem to know what each other are doing, so I am forgotten about or promised one caregiver but getting different ones each day. It felt like they weren't honest and just kept making promises they wouldn't keep.

They keep coming and I get to know them little by little. They ask how to take care of me and then I tell them and they get better.
They should listen to my friend who they laid off how to do everything and they would be great. He knew how to take care of me well. My caregiver was very good with everything, but they laid him off and I did not hear the whole story.

There is always room for improvement, the provider has helped me the most by showing up. I had prior caretakers that something's they wouldn't show up and they did not let me know.

My caregiver has helped me the most by getting me organized with my doctors appointments, with my house, and with my medications. She does a lot for me.
I need help with cleaning the house. I like that if I have someone that doesn't clean the house, they send a mentor out and I think that's awesome. They send somebody out to help train them. I think it's great that they do that.

When the caregivers come here they don't finish tasks and sometimes don't do tasks at all that they're supposed to.

The caregiver does everything she asks of her. She is a really good aid. She doesn't have to be told and knows what her job is. If you haven't tried New Horizons, you should give them a shot.
The caregiver we have right now is excellent. I wish she would get a raise.

In my plan it says that they should give me meals but they don't always do it. I need more than just companionship.
