Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

I am not sure how my caregiver could have a greater impact. My caregiver has helped me the most with meals. I am able to take care of myself except for meals and medications.
I would recommend the agency. I am not sure what the agency needs to improve on. It works well for me. I called about one person that didn't know what to do. From then on, I got somebody who knew what to do.

It's allowed him to live independently for a little while longer. He really didn't want to go to a nursing home so this has given him more freedom.
The caregivers are awesome. They make a connection with my father. They're not just there, they really seem to care about him. They do the tasks required and sometimes above and beyond. They are on time. The communication is great. The billing is easy and good.

The most important part was helping her with socialization, because she was very isolated.
The caregivers they employ are excellent. In particular Kevin is superb, he saw my mother for the longest and she loved him like a son. He went above and beyond and did more than what was expected. My mother would tell me that. She said he is a jewel, and she couldn't wait for him to come by.

So far, my life has been easier with Right at Home because I am not capable of going as fast or doing as much as I used to for Howard, and the caregivers are able to do all the help for him.
I would recommend Right at Home because they do their best to get a caregiver who is capable of doing things right.

I have to rely on outside help in order for me to get to the store and set up my own appointments. They don't offer in home help with the caregiver.
I'm not real happy with the price, but everything else has been good. They're efficient.

The agency provided my mother with in home care for over three years.
The caregivers would help me bathe and dress my mother and helped me feed her meals.
Their staff was scheduled every morning seven days a week and typically arrived on time and rarely missed a day.
The caregivers were like family! We would always have the same people scheduled on the same days with very few exceptions which was very important for my mother! Her having severe dementia required consistency and routine and they valued and respected that greatly!

We utilized in-home care for my father who was very ill, incontinent of bladder and bowel and demented. The caregivers were skilled and caring. They showed up on time and listened carefully to our needs. And, importantly, they were immediately available. Owner Andy M. personally did the intake interview, and wrote a very kind sympathy note when my father passed.

Five stars to Right at Home in Eugene, Oregon! I am so thankful that I found Ed and Carol to care for my sister, who lives alone, and has required daily care for over 2 years. I have been using Right At Home - Eugene for about eight months now. I would rate the care that I'm getting from the caregivers very highly. They have trained their people to be very hands on. I would give them 5 stars all the way around. I have rapport with the caregivers. My attitude is that they take care of me and know me, and I've gotten to know them, so it's like a family. I established a relationship with them at the very beginning.
