Tina is wonderful. She has helped me so much because I have no idea what I was doing and I took on a responsibility with my aunt. I don't think I could have done it without her help and advice. I needed an advice on how to do this. She was just full of support and very nice. She's my friend now. I know I can always call her.
We had a caregiver who was not great but she's not with us anymore. I knew that all I have to do is call Tina and tell her what's going on.
We have a current caregiver who is just great. For the most part, we had good people who came in.

Dad's home health provider recommended Right Choice for non-medical services. I called Right Choice and after visiting with Tina I researched others offering similar services. Based on this research, Tina's firm was the right decision for Dad.
They say what they will do and they do what they say. When asked for guidance on specific situations, they would give candid responses and elaborate why it would or would not be good for Dad. I like their openness and getting involved with Dad as their client. They are looking after his best interests. If Dad has an issue, they contact me either by text or phone.
I like the caregiver's attentiveness to his independence; when Dad has his meals at the assisted living center, he sits with his friends and colleagues. We asked Right Choice to have their caregivers setup the table for him and then they observe from a distance letting Dad have his conversations with friends and other residents.
The caregivers are compassionate, empathetic and generally excellent.

Tina worked really hard to find the right caregiver for my mom. We had a couple that didn't really work out. Tina was really willing to replace them with someone who is adaptable to my mom. She's very good about being flexible when we had schedule changes. She makes sure that the caregivers do their paper work and are well-trained. Really, all of them that came were really nice individuals. Some had been just right for my mom.

Initially we were using a different service and that service that we were using decided to go out of business. When they did, they referred all their clients to Tina.
The thing that impressed me most about Right Choice specially Tina and all the people that work for her is that from the very beginning before they took over, Tina personally came to my mom's house and sat down with my mom and talked with her in a personal level. That kinda gave us some ideas about what kind of person my mom would feel comfortable with as her caregiver. I was there for the interview and it seems that Tina had a really sense of care. It was a calling for her to do this kind of work and that was exactly what she needed to be doing. It gave me a lot of confidence in the company.
When she selected the caregivers, she came back with them and introduce them to my mom. Her name was Lily. She made my mom feel really comfortable about the care and what she what she was gonna be for my mom. I was very impressed with them.

Right Choice was one of the 3 agencies that was referred to us. My daughter and I called them by chance and Tina came out and interviewed us. We've been very happy with her because whoever she sent out here has always been very reliable and very good. My purpose in having them is for light housekeeping and for errands because I don't drive. I need somebody to take me to the doctor's appointment, groceries and do things.
I have my caregiver 3 hours on Tuesday and 3 hours on Friday. It worked out very well and she's very reliable. She comes at 8.30 and leaves at 11.30 in the morning. I can always count on her being here.
Tina is real nice to work with.

I have used Right Choice for the past year. I have their caregivers come to my job and help me use the restroom. My caregiver is AWESOME! I find the company very easy to work with and very capable of changing their schedule to fit mine. I would highly recommend their services!
