Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

Many organizations provide the basics of care for those struggling with health issues; however, not all provide genuine, compassionate relationship to their clients. Right at Home staffers truly “see” their patients. The caregivers who came into the home provided warm companionship, empathy and kindness in massive measure. Those facing end of life are not only ill, they are ill at ease—fearful and uncertain. Every single RAH worker who entered the home put everyone at the best ease possible while tending to the needs and wellbeing of the patient. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

My father needed extra care and Right At Home has fulfilled all of his needs. They make sure he eats, has his medications, and help with all choirs and errands as needed. I highly recommend them for your loved one in need.

The caregivers are so nice. They arrive on time. They assist the patient in getting dressed. They will cook and serve meals. They help with light housework. They run errands and take us to appointments. They just help us with anything we need. The office staff is also great. I appreciate that they always return phone calls timely.

They made it safer for her to take the right medication or if she fell. Someone was there watching her to see if she was okay.
I liked how they were pretty dependable. They would come by and do what they were supposed to do. They responded to things I needed when they occurred.

I can go somewhere because they let the aides come. It gives me a break from the everyday needs. They do everything he needs.
He really likes the girl he has had. They do everything for him that he needs done on the days they are here. She is on maternity leave, but we will be getting a new lady tomorrow.

Without it, I could not do anything. I could not get out of the house or anything without it. They make sure that I get to my doctor appointments.
It really had treated me well. They take really good care of me. I had a lot of problems, and they are right there to get me taken care of.

Sometimes, my loved one complains, and other times she is happy. Sometimes, they have trouble selecting and keeping good people. They have high turnover it seems.
The previous owner was very easy to reach and talk to. She was very helpful. I am not as familiar with the new owner.

I wouldn't be able to get anywhere. I use them for my doctor and to go to the grocery stores. These are things I have to do, and I don't have anybody around who can help me. I don't know what I would do without them.

They take care of his every need. They make sure he is fed, and the light housekeeping is perfect. They go above and beyond. I can't say anything bad about them.
My father wanted them. The just do a fantastic job. Everything is done. They take care of him as best as they possibly can, and I am very appreciative of it. Everything is neat and tidy.

The providers could have come in and done their job without me having to call the company to tell them that they were not doing anything. Many times they just came and sat on the couch to be on their phones.
There was poor communication when there were changes in providers. Many times providers did not show up.

Some of their greetings and attitudes are really good, but having someone come in and greet him would be helpful.
They could improve because they have a lot of turnover. They could not have as much turnover with the caregivers.

They could have paid more attention to what they were supposed to be doing. They could have had better communication between what was going on and the workers. A lot of times, they didn't even provide the services. The billing didn't know and we were charged any ways.
I think they could have paid more attention to the care they were giving.

We have hired Right at Home for my dad, and we don’t have any complaints. The only thing is it’s just kind of hard for them to tell us when no one is going to be there. The way they clock in is to call and if no one calls, they just don’t check that at first, so we’d like to know if no one’s there with dad just so we can keep better tabs, and that’s really the only complaint. He needs someone to cook for him, a little bit of cleaning, and a lot of reminding with his dementia. And since he’s hard of hearing, just someone who will try to be nice to him and patient, and we’ve had some really good help with that.

Right at Home was OK except for after about a week or so, the aide that was assigned to them just didn’t show up. The caregivers overall was very good. They are doing daily tasks that they can’t do for themselves. They need to make sure that they arrive when they are supposed to as sometimes they didn’t show up. They came, and they were very good; it’s just that all of a sudden that particular aide just doesn’t come in without notification to my parents.

We have been very pleased with Right at Home--We have a consistent caregiver five days a week-she is reliable,caring and respectful with her care of my mother. Right at Home stays in contact with us and is available if we need anything.

My mother is a resident at Woodland Terrace in Tulsa, and we have Right at Home assisting with her medication. One of the aspects I really like about the people with RaH is that they are genuinely caring and very considerate. Since they are right on the premises, I feel confident in their ability to not only make sure mom takes her medicines, but also generally just "keep an eye" on her when she is out and about in the lobby and dining room. That is something that a home health care company that only comes in from time to time can not provide. Mom feels that the people that give her the medicine are her friends which makes her feel more comfortable. Stacy, the client point of contact, is outstanding. I have reached out to her at all hours and she has provided emotional support during a particularly difficult hospitalization. She genuinely loves the clients. We considered having mom move to assisted living, but decided that staying at Woodland with some additional support from Right at Home as time goes by is a much better option. I highly recommend Right at Home.

We have been using RAH for more than three years to provide care for our 97 year old mother who wants to live at home.
After purchasing RAH the new owner contacted us to introduce himself and explain changes/improvement he planned to make.

I did hire Right at Home and I used them for about six weeks and then I decided that I could handle it by myself. I chose them because I thought it sounded like they could provide what I needed and the price that I could afford better than some of the others, but the total amount that I paid was quite a lot from what I got. When I was interviewing them they all insisted that they could do anything that I wanted them to do and that they would do the screening and provide the actual employee. The caregiver was okay. At first she was hesitant. When I showed her what I wanted her to do in terms of dressing him and working with his exercises and that kinds of things, she was alright with that. I asked her to do a few light housekeeping and she was alright of that. She wasn’t energetic about looking around and volunteering to do other things that needed to be done.
