Visiting Angels could have made my life easier by having better communication from the office staff.
I would like the caregivers to be trained better in working in the kitchen area to better recommend them.

They really help us because my dad cannot take care of her any more. He cannot lift her up so he has to have help. This keeps them out of the nursing home.

They were another warm body when my brother and I could already do that, but it was good there was someone there to make sure she was safe. She probably didn't have a lot of interaction on a daily basis, and at night she would have issues, which is when we needed the most care for her.
They were good people, but the cost and the type of care providers there weren't the clinical professional we were looking for. When you talk to the office, it makes them seem a lot more professional.

It really depends on who they send out. The caregivers that have not been a good fit need to come in and communicate with me better. She needed to be able to be more proactive about finding things to do.
When I call the office I never know who I am talking to. They do not introduce themselves or the company when they pick.

I think it will really help. The biggest things are the light housekeeping and taking her to the grocery store.
They are fine we just have only seen her twice. We are just getting to see how it works.

They did great in every category they had. The people had confidence. There is no comparison between Visiting Angels and the other agency we used previously.

Knowing that there will be someone to watch my mother has been very helpful. However, I would like a permanent solution to the problems we are facing.
The staff is well-trained even though they were young. I do think that they are a little under staffed. Scheduling could also be better. There has been miscommunication before.

I trusted them to care about my loved one. I had several different caregivers because one would leave and another would come in. Overall they cared a lot for him.
I didn't have any issues as a whole, just the office staff.

We are well taken care of and even when we mix up the schedule they are able to take care of us.
They take care of us, we only have them a couple of days a week, but they've been really good, and we've used them for a while. Lori is really good at taking care of any issues we've had. Even when nobody was able to come, she would come out herself to take care of us.

My mom was in pretty bad shape so it was no fault of the caregiver. The one negative I remember is one day, no one showed up and the person that was supposed to show up got fired I think. They had a car problem.

They've been very responsive to my needs. If I have to change or adjust anything it's been simple to do. Everything I could ask for that was established in the initial visit has been maintained and if I have any concern I can bring it up.
