I had a very positive experience with Homewatch Caregivers of Westlake. Their administrative staff were very responsive, honest, reliable, and professional. This included critical times of need outside of business hours. Our one caregiver was trustworthy and caring. In no time, my mother was comfortable with her service. I would highly recommend this provider.

We used Homewatch Caregivers before the pandemic for about five or six months, and then we stopped for several months, and now we're using them since June. I've had no issues. I have a caregiver that goes over with my mom. My dad is there also although he doesn't have any issues. Homewatch Caregivers are excellent. They keep us informed of everything. They are really good. I really enjoy them. They're good people. They provide some light house cleaning, a lot of companionship and they give mom, who has dementia, some cues if she needs them to get things done. My mom is absolutely comfortable with the caregivers. I find that they're quality service and they have reputable caregivers. They're fairly consistent. They have had a couple of issues where maybe someone didn't show up. They informed me, but we made the choice not to have them come and to find somebody else. They have done a quality job. They have taken good care of mom. They're good companions.

I used Homewatch Caregivers. I think even more than my husband's experience is mine and the woman that they sent was beyond belief fantastic; she was beyond belief wonderful. My husband had an accident and ended up being in a care facility. She knew so much more than I did. I would say she was probably more supportive for me than she was for him. She was absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough good about her. The fact that my husband had issues and that his dementia increased was certainly nothing related to her. The dementia in my mind is awful. It robbed me of my husband and it robbed me of all sorts of stuff. She just knew so much more than I did and was able to give me tips on what to do and on how to do it. She was absolutely fantastic. Homewatch Caregivers were more than willing to work with me. They had people who were knowledgeable. It is a horrible thing to realize that all of sudden your life is changing and the changes in my life were fantastic but the woman that they sent me was absolutely wonderful. They were willing to work with me and do whatever they could. The woman they assigned to me was helpful.

I have been using Homewatch Caregivers for 3 and a half months now. It's very, very good. I'm very happy with the caregiver. They help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, taking me to and from places where I wanted to go, and just companionship. I'm very comfortable with the caregiver. We get along fantastic. I'm really comfortable talking with her. She has been fantastic. Homewatch Caregivers are very willing to do whatever you need them to do. They have not refused any requests that I've had. They're coming twice a week now because my health is not really well. I was just having them once a week and now they're coming twice a week. They're not afraid to say, 'What can I do to help you?' They're very willing to do whatever I've asked of them.

This is my second time with Homewatch Caregivers this year because I still had eight visits left. The reason I stopped wasn't because of the care that I was getting. I get good care from them. I'm 69. I'm not sickly sick. I have sciatica in my hip, so that was why I started getting aide. I like them. I like how they bring the aide to you and introduce the person who is coming because it makes it personal. I'm completely comfortable with them. I've had two different ones. They've just been cool. They're very nice. I highly recommend them. There had been a little confusion, but nothing's perfect in the world. I wish I had more hours and more visits. They're very, very consistent.
