We no longer have unexpected incidents when staff doesn't show up or leaves before the next staff member is there.
I would tell a friend that they are far superior in training and supervision for their staff. They are there to truly care for the client.

The prompt response to our initial called-in messages to Paula was so encouraging as our family faced a sudden decision for the care of our beloved father. I found her so thorough, professional as well as kind.
The next day visit was on time and effective to determine the needs of dad.
The online scheduling as well as pictures and bios of the wonderful vetted staff was such an encouragement to me as an out-of-towner.
I recommend Arista Care for you or your families in-home care!

We heard of Arista by a tv ad. Since it was local we wrote down the number and called. We spoke to someone right away and had a meeting set up immediately. We felt like Arists treated us like family from the very beginning. They were very flexible and very helpful. We don’t know what we would have done without them.

I used Arista Home Care Solutions for my Grandma. Paula and Clayton and the staff that they employ are wonderful. They went above and beyond with my Grandma. They took the time to get to know her, her routine, and were very sensitive to her needs, as well as the families. We unfortunately needed to move my Grandma and it was a sad day when Paula had to say good-bye to Grandma. However, the time they spent with her was more than enjoyable. We all appreciated their services and kindness. They loved her like we do!

We've been very happy with Arista Homecare. They are professional, prepare thorough assessment and care plan, which they even leave in the house so we can review, and it helps a lot that the caregivers keep updated logs in the care book. The owners are local which makes them very accessible and personable, they can be reached pretty much anytime and available to meet in the evenings when we were initiating service.
