Home Instead provided our family with assistance for several weeks for our father after a recent fall. The caregivers were professional and caring individuals who helped with not only his physical needs but also did multiple chores in the household. The staff was very responsive to our questions and worked extremely hard to fill most of the shifts that we requested. They provided us with much needed peace of mind during a difficult time.

Home Instead Senior Care has provided excellent, loving care for our father in his home for some time now. The caregivers from this agency help Dad with all of his daily needs, including personal care, meal preparation, household chores, exercise, and mobility. Perhaps most importantly, they also provide him with companionship and intellectual stimulation. Ralph and Weam, in particular, each work almost full time with Dad and have virtually become part of our family. These are special people who take on, often, difficult tasks with grace and loving care, and my father’s life is enriched as a result of their ongoing efforts. Thank you all.

Home Instead gave us everything we asked for. They were the first people we went. My 93-year-old father did not want people in his home, but he has to have them. They were absolutely wonderful. They met with my parents, and they were in tune with them. The caregivers were on top of it. They talked to him, they understood, and they were absolutely wonderful, but my dad was not yet at a point where he was accepting of what they were doing. They would help get my mom up, go to the bathroom, get in the shower, and they would prepare meals.

Bringing Home Instead caregivers into our lives has been the best decision we have made for our mom as she adjusts to living with Alzheimer's. Mom has been able to remain living in her own home and the caregivers provide great companionship for her, taking her to appointments as well as to fun "field trips" and meals out. She is truly enjoying life!

Our family loves that the same person comes most of the time, so that my mom develops a good relationship and they know what to do. The people are caring and friendly, and willing to help with anything.

Home Instead Senior Care told me at first that they will be able to assist with the care of my mom or at times that I need it because I did not need them for a magnanimous time. After they found out that my want for their health aid services would probably be only an hour, they said that time wasn't enough. I guess they didn't want for their employees to come here for only an hour or things of that nature. After that, they were able to assist me with the care and things that I needed for Mom. The service and care was pretty good. It's just that if it was more than an hour that I needed their services, it would have been okay. The caregivers were nice, but they were here only for a week. They need to improve in terms of providing services for a shorter amount of time
