Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

It helps a lot. There are some things that I could do, but I let them do it.
I've been quite happy. I don't get involved with the agency, but I like the people that come out to visit me. My main interaction is when they can't be there, they're kind and understanding about it.

They seem to be doing alright. Some of them are good, and some of them are not.
They do what I tell them. They don't do everything. They have to have a little bit of breathing room.

They sent the same person on a regular basis so we get to know them. On short notice, they have been able to provide extra hours we needed.
Anyone they have sent has been nice and they have done a good job and they are always on time. They give good care.

The caregivers engage the client and keep her company. She likes people and they are good talkers.
I wish they were better staffed. There's always a shortage and I wish they could get more people to help them.

The caregiver does my laundry weekly makes my bed and cooks my food which is what I need.
In the beginning, I did not like them the people that was sent was not qualified and once the VA came in they gave me someone else and she is now excellent

They've helped get my wound healed.
I like everything about the agency, they are good help, they take care of me, know what they are doing and are very conscientious about my wound. It's good all around. I would recommend them highly, their staff is well trained.

I get to get out of the house.
The fact that I did not have to have a standard number of hours per week was great. They are pretty flexible. They really do everything to provide proper care for her.

They could improve the caregivers. I sense they are blaming me for everything. I didn't like their attitude.
I know there are several of them in the area. I like the owner but the caregiver was not very good and the caregiver became rude.

I had two people come in and the supervisor did all the work. The one who came to assist did not seem to be doing the work. They helped me change and it was good.

The caregivers are all very personable. My mom enjoys having them. Their companionship is most helpful for her. They have the right personalities. It gives me peace of mind knowing someone is there for her.

They're very capable and personable. They treat her very well. They listen to her. When someone is home ill, sometimes people tend to think they don't have a brain in their head and it's very down-putting, but they don't do that.
