Options was established in 1989 and has been providing quality home care services in MD for 29 years. We specialize in live-in care and provide hourly care from a few hours a day all the way to 24/7. Options has received the Best of Home Care award 3 years in a row (2018, 2017, 2016) putting it at the top 1% of all senior providers in the country. All care providers and certified nursing assistants hired by Options have to go through a very thorough 10-step scrutiny including background checks, employment verification, reference checks, and other verification before they are eligible for employment by Options.

What I like most about Options is your attentiveness. Thank you. No matter what, you are on it and concerned. Vincent, the caregiver, is great too. Not his fault, just a little more difficult to understand, especially for a 90-year old. But he cares and that's the most important part of the job!

My mom doesn't want home health care workers, so we (the family) struggle with her attitude. Doris F., the caregiver from Options was compassionate, dependable, competent, and had a great interaction with my mom and the family. The staff was very responsive to our needs and the overall quality of home care services provided was excellent.

A neighbor told us originally about Options. I was told how good the agency was. We contacted other agencies as well and then chose Options. They were excellent on all counts.

The Options staff were very helpful in determining what we needed and then providing those services. They even helped us get VA benefits to cover care.
