Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

She was here during the night. She had a monitor and was responsible to help when he needed to get up.
I liked that the owner came out and talked with us. They went out of their way to accommodate us on the spur of the moment.

I felt very comfortable with the nurses because I could be in my own home or get dressed up for therapy.
I had excellent care the nurses come into my home and I appreciate being able to do that over going to the nursing home.

My husband broke his hip a year and a half ago and I broke my hip before that, so she has taken over what I cannot do anymore.
The gal we have now just walks right in and knows what to do I do not have to tell her what to do.

It helped because I couldn't drive, but I can now.
Each person is different, but overall they are excellent. One person was really good at most things, the other was good at the laundry. I've known a couple a long time, and it was really good. They helped me out with cooking and the chores I couldn't do on my own.

The caregiver that was here was wonderful. She was very helpful, and very efficient, and I cannot say anything bad.
I would not recommend them because of the billing staff's attitude. They called and said that I did not pay them for three months, but I did pay them in one check. Their billing stinks. The girl would leave here Thursday, and I would get the bill Friday or Saturday. They keep me so up tight with the billing that I did not realize that I had three bills at one time.

I couldn't have my dad at home without them. I need some free time to get things done and my dad can't get to the laundry facility because it's in the basement.
They're great. Right at Home gives me time to get my stuff done and have someone to help around the house.

I would tell a friend that they are reliable. It frees up my family's time, and we know that when the caregivers come in, we don't worry about our mother's safety, feel like they she is in good hands, and we know that if they have any questions, they will call us.
