I had a list of four different agencies and interviewed them, and Mike was willing to work with me the most, so I went ahead and hired Visiting Angels. He was able to get people who are willing to come all the way up to the boondocks of Harrison, Ohio. A lot of these agencies are like, "I'm sorry I don't have anybody who can come out that far." They're focused on whatever I need, and he has been very good with short notice. I started out with just care a couple of hours a day and then ended up with having care from 10:00 in the morning until 7:00 at night while I'm at work. When I got a soccer tournament, have to go to town, or have something unexpected, I have them to watch mom 24/7 for two or three days. He is really good about finding people to come out and stay with her. Mike and his crew handle their scheduling and billing pretty well. I don't really have any complaints.
