Visiting Angels is the family alternative to assisted living facilities and nursing homes. Our caring and experienced caregivers provide up to 24
hour care in the comfort of your own home, at affordable rates. Our services make possible for our clients to remain in their home instead of
being placed in a nursing home or institutional facility.

If I ever need a caregiver because I need to go somewhere, I can call them and they will send someone out.
It is a great service and the caregivers are always on time and provide the services we need.

The people I have worked with at Visiting Angels are real nice. They find someone to answer my questions.
They have an excellent staff and they help with things like my dishes.

She helps me mop, make a bed, and sweep. I can't do any of those things.
They are excellent. The person that comes to me is limited and can't take care of anyone else because she is the best, and I want her for myself.

Having them help me with the shower and running errands for me makes my life easier.
My caregivers do anything that I need done and I am very satisfied with them.

The care that is provided gives us a little more free time to ourselves.

It's helped a lot. I have MS and I can't mop or sweep or make my bed and cleans my bathroom. She does all the things I can't do and it makes it so nice. It's wonderful. I have two hours a week and it's great.
They have good workers, keep in touch with you, if there's a problem they handle it right away and I love the person they send to my home. Sharon does a terrific job. If she has to rearrange her schedule they communicate and work as a team. Marshall is off the hook, awesome.

They are helping me pretty good.
It's pretty good so far, but Saturdays and Sundays are the hard days because nobody comes then. I wish they offered service weekends. I talk about them all the time.

They help me vacuum and mop. I can't vacuum or mop because it's too strenuous. My caregiver does that and does it well.

It could just be me. I get that their people are conscientious, but I need to know that I am getting to the dialysis. I want to know if they will have a resolution to take care of the problem. That makes me on-edge a little.
If there is a problem, it seems hard to them to get a resolution to it. If someone calls in the morning, they may or may not get them, and I don't know if they got the message or not.

Before, she didn't have many hours of service. There were a lot of companies hesitant, and I appreciate the fact that Visiting Angels is letting me work for 16 hours per weekend. They have a nurse come out, and they invite us to different events that we're having.
They are very nice. It's family owned and family ran. They are very personable. They are very understanding. I do things that a lot of aides wouldn't be doing.

The gal that I have cleans my floors because I can't do that anymore.
So far, I have had great service from them. They are on the ball and if my caregiver can't make it, they will call and try to replace her with someone else.

They give him someone other than myself to interact with.

I'm not handicapped, so sometimes I can do things on my own, and other times I can't, which is when I appreciate the care.
They sent a person out to interview me and she asked what I would like from their services, but they don't share that information with their staff that does the work, which makes it worthless. I like the lady they assigned me. She's trying to get used to my schedule.

There were things that we weren't able to do. We weren't able to be there all the time. It helped us to have someone take care of him.
They were on time, the aide was real helpful, and she tended to whatever we needed.

My caregiver was outside pulling weeds for me the other day. She helps me make meals, clean the house, wash my feet, and she will help me get dressed.
I have already told people about Visiting Angels. I only have one caregiver and they are excellent. They do what I need done and they help me.

They would come every day in the mornings to get her up and help her start her day which was good for her.

I don't have to worry about when I'm at work that my cousin is getting the care that she needs. The caregiver has helped her a lot because Susan is mentally handicapped and she has diabetes.
The caregiver is attentive and she works very well with my cousin. Mitchell is the one who set everything up and he matched us up perfectly.

They make life easier by reducing the work load for me.
I like that when they do the billing, they actually call in instead of having me sign a form.

The lady does a little cleaning, but she refuses to dust even though my mother asks her to.
They will have a caregiver not come and I've asked them to let me know, but they will let me know late. Then they also throw in that they won't be there at the same time, but a later time. There is a lack of communication.

Someone is always checking on her. It is nice to know she is being looked after.
It is good. She seems to like it quite a bit. They do a lot for her, like laundry and shopping.

They run errands for me and they do things that I can't do for myself.
They can communicate when the regular aide is not able to come. They don't call me telling me that someone else is coming. The times have also been very erratic.

They do good house cleaning and laundry. I keep falling and have so many doctors appointments, which is why I got them. They take good care of me. They just do everything for me. They do all of the work, and I can just sit here and take it all in. It makes my life much easier.

Some days, when my aide calls off, they never call me from the office and I never get an aide that day. They bring me my food and stuff. They strip my bed, sweep the floors, and do the dishes.

They're solving a problem I have. The caregiver is taking relief off of my duties regarding my mother, and she's happy. They check on her during the day and make sure she eats a little something other than snacking.

They come when they say they will and they take interest in me and my health. They are nice people to be around. They are always there to help me and answer my questions when I have them.

My mom has had issues, and I have been able to communicate with them. There have been times when mom needed extra help, and they were able to help, adjust to it, and work with me. When someone else shows up, my mom will tell me if she isn't happy with that person. If the regular caregiver is not here, my mom doesn't want anyone else here.

They get to know their clients because they care. That makes it easy on them and on the family. They try to make it easy for us. They have gone with me to appointments to make sure that my mother is safe.

I hired Visiting Angels and our experience was excellent. I would recommend them. I had them three times when I would not have family here in our house. The things that they are doing for him is that they would make lunches, light housekeeping, transport him to some place, engage him in exercise and try to get him active in conversations. They encourage him to do some walking and exercising.

My first choice of agency was not able to send some one over, so I opted for Visiting Angels instead. I had two personnel who looked after my mom. One was good, she gave me feedbacks about my mom. Although I was not pleased when they sent one employee without telling me about it. My mom also did not like one of them because she always played with her phone. I think they should improve the communication with the clients.

Mom has had care for nearly 18 months now and loves being home. The office answers the phone day and night. They have handled short notice requests, but best of all is the consistency of care. Mom has had 1 main caregiver and only 3 substitutes the entire time. The office staff is very proactive when this has had to happen. I had another agency before this with very opposite service. Visiting Angels Grove City office is always there for me.
