The folks at Queen City Homecare are both kind and professional. I hired them to because I had a surgical procedure which required someone to drive me and stay at the hospital. Wumi was my driver and companion for the day, and I highly recommend her. She's very sweet and professional. Aaron (I don't know if he's the owner, but he's the dude who answers the phone when I call) is an absolute sweetheart, and Jane H., the supervising nurse, is kind and super professional. I highly recommend QCH and plan on using it in the future when I need health/home care assistance again.

We like the owner of Queen City Homecare very much. He went out of his way to help us. The caregivers do whatever I ask them to do and then look for other things do.

Queen City Homecare is very prompt and accurate in their care. Queen City Homecare has made life easier by helping me with my food and my care, putting my clothes out for me.

Queen City Homecare did a good job. In the beginning, we were sent three of four different caregivers in one week. That was not good for my aunt because she had to figure out who was coming and who was not. If the company is going to send in a caregiver, they need to stay. We ended up getting two caregivers that were mother and daughter. The younger caregiver was good, but she would sleep when my aunt was sleeping. When I came home, she would get upset that I came home earlier than expected because I woke her up.

Queen City Homecare has been more than helpful. The caregiver does anything that I ask. There isn't much more that Queen City Homecare can do for me. I just can't see. The caregiver takes care of my needs and helps me with what I cannot do.

Queen City Homecare's staff is friendly, dependable, and goes above and beyond. Queen City Homecare's services make my life easier by allowing me to live without worrying about my sister. They take care of her medication and everything she needs.

Queen City Homecare has always been very good about being there for us, even during emergencies. They are good about responding, and we are pleased with our nurse. I don't think my husband would be here without Queen City Homecare. They have made his quality of life a lot better while he goes into the end of his life, which means a lot.

I would tell a friend that Queen City Homecare's caregivers do a good job. I need the services because I am a paraplegic.

Queen City Homecare is easy to contact, reliable, and they send qualified caregivers. When one of their caregivers is sick or can't come in for a scheduled day, Queen City Homecare will find another caregiver to replace that person. They contact me with any problems immediately. Queen City Homecare gives my mother consistency with the same caregiver on a daily weekly basis. She gets used to her face and is comfortable with the caregiver.

We're on our second person in the home and so far, I'm not impressed. We're getting young caregivers. Right now, the services are more of an aggravation than a help.
