Unorganized company. The billing was always wrong and we never had a consistent caregiver. The billing department was rude and not knowledgeable. The person I talked to blamed others for the errors every time. Blaming others was the only consistency with this company. When I called the office for anything I had to explain why I was calling multiple times. I asked to leave a voicemail and was told they don’t have voicemail. Maybe time to upgrade technology.

They helped the most with housework. I liked that they did work with us if we needed something. The client really didn't want people she didn't know coming in the home, that was apart of the problem with replacements.

They could have been available when I needed help. I thought the caregiver was very kind to my husband and very helpful to me.

I don't know what I would do without it. I love how neat my house always is. They seem to know what I need. I am told up front about things they can and cannot do like not being able to clip my toe nails because I'm a diabetic or sort out my medicine. My caregivers are comfortable and know how to be at home in your home.

These ladies have become a part of my family. They are always on time and if someone cannot make it for there shift the HomeWell management always provides an appropriate substitute. Home Well has become my right hand!

We didn't have a huge need. It felt like an extra thing we were doing having them here. We were very happy with the services. They were really short-staffed at the time we had the need, and they went above and beyond to find us someone, and they followed up. They were on top of things. They really escalated things internally, so they could make sure they could get someone to help us. Someone would randomly stop by, and we were able to talk to a person. I felt like they really cared about our family. I felt like it was very personal care.

The patient is more recovered and now able to take care of her needs on her own. Whenever there was a problem, I could call the administration, and they were able to solve any problems that happened. Out of the three agencies we used, HomeWell was the best.

They did pretty well and did things the way they should be done. The impact for me is from the one person working for me 3 days a week. I couldn't ask for any better. I do recommend them especially the caregiver I have now. I went through 3 or 4 different girls and had to send them home but I like the one I have now. She does things the way I like.

They are here to take care of her needs. I can't do anything without someone here. They are professional, and if someone can't come, they get someone else immediately to come out here.

Basically, they keep her morale up, especially with the virus now, she has not had too much outside contact. She has had the companionship and had help with her daily actives. But we were able to do it with their help.

I first learned of Homewell Senior Care through a website. I had been visiting my elderly Mom in Columbus, OH. Mom's health had been declining to the point where her physician told her she needed 24/7 health care if she wanted to stay in her home. She told me this late on a Friday afternoon as I was preparing to head back to MO on Sunday in less than 2 days. Lisa, co-owner of Homewell, was alerted of our needs through the website I was on. I discussed our needs with Lisa over the phone. Lisa came out to Mom's home herself to do an intake and needs assessment the same day! Mom and I were very impressed! Lisa was able to provide partial staffing by Sunday afternoon and got Mom's care ramped up to 24/7 by the early part of the next week. Mom needed assistance with housekeeping, dressing, bathing , toileting, meal preparation, companionship, transportation to doctors (and even to her square dancing clubs that she had danced in before her health worsened) and other needs. I knew it would take exceptionally compassionate and caring health care assistants for Mom. I know that if it were me, it would be a humbling realization to accept the fact that I needed somebody to assist me in the most personal of everyday things that I always took for granted. Lisa and her husband Ray have assembled an impressive team of home health care staff! They provided exceptional care for Mom. We entrusted them with the health and welfare of Mom...They did a wonderful job! I had 24/7 access to all levels of the management team at Homewell. If and as changes in Mom's care were needed, this access enabled Mom, myself , and the Homewell team to make the changes in her care seamlessly. When Mom's doctors would prescribe in home treatments such as physical and occupational therapy, Lisa seemed to have a never ending network of professionals in the fields of treatments needed. Lisa or a member of her staff would, with our blessing, make the necessary calls doing most of the legwork needed to obtain that care for Mom. The Homewell Senior Care team became part of our extended family. They became attached to Mom, and she to them. I entrusted the care of my mother to them. They "filled my shoes" so to speak, when I couldn't be out there to take care of Mom. I cannot ever repay them for the kind and compassionate care they provided to my Mother. The Homewell Senior Care team provided care from October 2012 through January 2014. We moved my Mom back to St. Louis in January 2014. Now she is real close to our family. She now lives in an assisted living community. One last note; i have a friend and his wife who have home health care businesses here where I live. I've learned through them that it is extremely difficult for them to find and keep good exceptional help. I applaud Homewell for meeting these challenges successfully I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Homewell Senior Care to anybody!.

My wife was diagnosed with cancer and her condition changed dramatically where she had to go to a nursing home. We had Homewell Senior Care for about a week. What was good about Homewell is that they were able to take care of us pretty quickly and with the many changes because of my wife's changing status. I think I contacted them on Friday and they got someone out here for a couple of hours on Saturday and a couple of hours on Sunday. And then I found out she needed more and more care, so for the whole next week that followed, they will be out here close to 10 hours a day. For most part it was pretty good, but it was only a short time. They did a good job.

I used a different agency in the past, and they were horrible. I decided to switch to HomeWell. I chose HomeWell because of their good service and good feedback when I was looking for other agencies online. The staff is always on time. They work with my uncle in a personalized plan according to his needs. They're good at following instructions. If there's any issues, they took care of it immediately. They went above and beyond in taking care of my uncle.

I hired HomeWell for my mom, and she's 85 years old. Mom just loved Kathleen. She's always glad and grateful whenever Kathleen came in for work. Homewell was impeccable with their communications and with their work. They always keep in touch with me. They feel like family, and I've been very grateful having them in our lives.
