As long as we have someone here and if someone does not show up then we have a problem.
They give good service. I like that if something that does happens, they do back up and bring someone else in.

She takes responsibility for getting mom changed every day. She fights it, but she is incapable of changing herself.
It is easy to communicate with the staff at the headquarters. If something comes up, they go out of their way to solve whatever the problem might be. I am very happy with the lady watching my mother right now.

I'm thinking of switching to having more time instead of just four hours. They help with my sanity.
I like that when we need to, we can switch the time around. Right now we have it about twice a week, but if we need to because of appointments, we can move it around, and I like that. The people that work there are very nice.

They clean it because I have a bad back. They do strenuous work.
There have been good and bad. Some of the staff call out a lot, and I find out right before they're supposed to come.

I liked all the caregivers. They were very nice and informed me of a lot of things. They have wonderful personalities, but one stands out as being not good at all. She sat on the porch on her phone all the time.
They should just try to use one aide instead of a lot of different ones. It kind of interrupts your care.

My husband's caregiver was on time, enjoyable to be around, and confident in helping my husband communicate.
The caregiver who came was very and nice and helpful. My husband got along very well with her.

Just knowing someone is there is a good thing, the client can interact with other people.

I feel comfortable around my caregivers because they do everything for me.

They do the dishes, sweep, and mop. They pick up things around the house. It's a big help.
They always keep me informed if there are any changes, they call me a day ahead to let me know what is going on.

The aid I have is really good. I like that she helps me with things like sweeping.
I like that they are a good company and they give good service. I like that hey respect me and help me out. They talk to me about things that I am concerned about. The aid is the best aid I have ever had.

My caregivers have helped the most by being here on the days they are supposed to be here.
On the days the caregiver is absent, they could have somebody to be able to fill in.

We were sad when the young man had to go but we were happy he was continuing his education. When we called and needed SYNERGY HomeCare, they were great.
Their services were very good. We had one young man we liked quite a bit but he was going off to college.

SYNERGY helps me the most with my house staying clean. My caregiver washes the dishes. I am almost 80 and I don't have too much to do at the house at all. She really takes care of things. I appreciate that.
I like that SYNERGY provides help with whatever we need at home.

I wouldn't know what to do without them, as I just got out of therapy for breaking my foot. I am learning to walk again, and that is hard being 85. I just fell this morning and the caregiver heard me fall as she thought I was sleeping, but I was just watching TV in the other room. So I had to press the button around my neck and even my grocery delivery guy who showed up around that time tried to help me, but we had to get 911 to help me up.
I would recommend them more, but they are not paying their caregivers enough. SYNERGY HomeCare has some really good, kind caregivers and they are patient with me as I am 85 years olds.

I wouldn't be able to function without them. The caregivers help me throughout the day I wouldn't be able to get up, get in my chair, and function without with them.
I like that they're very personable and they're very good at what they do.
