We've been using FIRSTiCARE for two months now and everything's great. I have somebody there for eight hours with my mom because she has Alzheimer's. They're there just to make sure she's safe and to do light housekeeping, laundry, vacuuming, preparing her breakfast and lunch, encouraging eating, and assisting in the bathroom. If the regular caregiver couldn't get there, they made sure they had somebody would come in. She has her regular caregiver who's very responsible, always there, and never late.
