We will be using Fidelity Health Care as a home care for my mother. I used them before, and they did great work with my mom. The service is a great and on time. If I had any questions or anything, they were more than happy and willing to answer them. They engaged my mom with the activity that she was doing at the time, even if she didn't want to do it.

Fidelity does not seem to care about the health or well being of the patient. When it comes to oxygen, I would hope the response was quicker, but Fidelity seems to think oxygen and mobility are a luxury and not a necessity. If asked, I would NEVER, EVER recommend Fidelity. The "BEST" response was...."you can try calling back on Monday". Very, very unhappy with your lack of service.

I've found nothing worthy of recommendation for Fidelity. My medical supplies were often incorrect and late. They would repeatedly deliver supplies I didn't need and not deliver what I did need. The nurses were unreliable, always changing appointment times, and very poorly trained - improperly changing dressings and leaving me vulnerable to infection even when I showed them the manual from the manufacturer detailing how to do the procedure safely. Their customer service department is equally dismal, and when I complained about the lack of proper training and refusal of the nurse to change the dressing safely they discontinued their services. I urge consumers with home medical needs to stay away from Fidelity. They can't be trusted to take proper medical care.

The staff coming to our home to take care of my mother's needs were wonderful. Their scheduling had a lot to be desired. They were constantly getting things mixed up. Sending their staff to my mother's house instead of mine after repeatedly being told she is with us while she heals. The scheduling people do not communicate well with their staff or the patient. it is a shame that we, and such good staff, be saddled with such an issue.
