Home Helpers have been offering compassionate and exceptional caregiving services in homes since 2007. We work with families who want to see their loved ones thrive outside of the nursing home. We have won numerous caregiving awards over the years and have a A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau. When choosing a caregiver, its critical you work someone that is bonded, insured, drug tested and go through an extensive background check to protect you and your loved one. The In Home Helpers from Barberton were wonderful. The girls that came and helped my mother through the night were so kind and patient with her while she was in the late stage of dementia. The company was easy to work with and worked so hard to meet our needs. I will definitely use them again!

They were just showering my mom and they did do a good job with that.
I would recommend them more if we didn't have to pay for one hour for showering my mom because it doesn't take a whole hour to do that.

It's providing me services. It helps me get out of the house and get my shower. When it's time for the aide to come, I'm looking forward to her.
The aide comes, and I can depend on her showing up. I give her the list and she does it.

They help me with things like help me get dressed and in the wheelchair. They do some cleaning and straightening up. They wash dishes and clean the bathrooms.

I don't get to talk to them much, but when they talk to me, they talk with courtesy. They sent me a great aide.
I am not sure if everyone is on the same page as my caregiver but she is great because she is efficient.

I don't think they could make it better. Right now I'm dealing with hip issues. All she does for me is shopping and the laundry.
It's always been very good. I don't know how they could change.

I have been using Home Helpers for the last 2 years. They have always tried to provide us with a Caregiver that matches my Mom's personality. Diana the owner is an excellent communicator, and gets back with me within a day . Staff arrives on time and takes time to meet my Mom's needs.

With the coronavirus right now, they are having trouble with getting a person to come, or the same person to come, every day. They are send a different people, which is fine since she is being taken care of, but it would be better if she was getting the same person every day. Janet has to tell them what to do since they have never been there before.

They took very good care of the client. She got her things organized. It was amazing what she did all in one morning.
I spoke with their owner and felt really comfortable with her. They have an LPN who did a good job and she explained what was going on with the client.

The only thing problematic is the cost. However, I feel good that I can leave him safely. For that I'm grateful, but I have to be judicial about where I go because I can't afford them for long. I am well satisfied with everything they do. I can't get the quality they provide for less. I have peace of mind.
They send me quality people. I really like the main caregiver that they've sent to me. She is very good.

It wasn't negative and honestly it's probably our fault because we should have had them here for a longer period to have a greater impact.
One of the things we were most disappointed in was the consistency of the caregivers coming. We were told we would have one person and it became regular that there would be more than one person at a time. We wanted more consistency in who was coming.
