One thing I like about them is that there was a good matching process to the caretaker and my mom.

They wash clothes and make my mom's bed. They clean her room and bathroom. They wash the carpets.
Some of the caregivers need to be trained a little better.

it has been a life-saver. It's just an overall sense of caring, going above and beyond, and helping. It's a very difficult situation. To have someone come into your home and take care of a loved one the way the caregiver has come in is phenomenal. She is the best thing that's happened.
There is nothing I dislike about the agency. I like the quality of care, the companionship, and the caregiver we have. It is unparalleled.

I would recommend Visiting Angels more if they screened their caregivers a little better as I had issues with caregivers in the past.

I just couldn't take care of myself, which is not normal for me. I worked every day, at least 5 days a week. I can walk almost without crutches now - my right leg is still weak. It took the burden off my wife.
There are all very pleasant, some outstanding. They are very personable and helped me while my broken bones healed. They helped me do anything I needed, like making my bed and putting on my socks.

The staffing was phenomenal, the whole signing up was easy and the managing for providing caregivers was excellent.

I don't know what I would do without the services. The client is going downhill quickly, and I cannot handle him on my own.
