The most helpful thing has been if we did not have the aides, the client would not be able to participate in day-to-day activities.
I like that they listen to any feedback that we give them in regards to the aides and patient paired up.

Mostly in understanding what I need when we can communicate well.
The one thing I would like improved is communication. A lot of caregivers are Spanish, and I am English. The people are excellent in terms of care and capabilities.

I like that through the years, I have a good rapport with them, and I like the aids that they send here.

She has some decent aides. They go grocery shopping with her and do to doctor's appointments with.
Sometimes they don't have enough caregivers.

They've taken care of us for a long time and they were familiar with how to help my loved one.
I would recommend them because I've dealt with them for over 15 years and the quality of caregivers was excellent the whole time.

They are there for my mom while I am at work. I wouldn't be able to work if I didn't have their services.
I would like them to follow up with aids when they do not show up to a scheduled assignment.

All the aides they referred were very good, and there were only a few times that the aide wasn't what we needed.
