I don't have to worry about my sister. They get her up, bathe her, clothe her, and give her medicine. I like that they have great people. They really care for my sister.

I've always had the proper help. They are always there, and if they can't come, they provide a substitute. I like that they are very efficient. They call periodically.

The aide they assigned to my mother takes wonderful care of my mother. I don't have to worry about my mother when she is there. I live about 45 minutes and I would have to be there all the time if it weren't for her. I like that they are very responsive. Every time I need to change the schedule, they do so immediately. They make everything easy.
