I'm using Mavencare for my mom. They're all OK. They're good, they're not great, but they're OK. There is someone there during the day to make sure that my mom eats, they help with dressing or bathing, and they make sure that she takes her medication. I have been using them for five months now. I just chose them because a lot of other agencies didn't have anybody available, they didn't have any staff available, so I went with them because they had some people. It's one person a day from 9 to 7. I have two different people.
They're pretty good. The ones I started with weren't so good, but the ones that I have now are pretty good. They bill once a week, and their billing is always on time. They're a little expensive but probably not more expensive than other companies. The staffing is pretty good. If your regular people can't make it, they try really hard to find someone to cover. They can improve on better instructions for the home health aide, what they need to do every day.

I have a housemaid from Mavencare New York who takes care of my sister. She bathes her and takes her for walks. I really like the caregiver, and my sister also likes her, which is important.

I have been a client of Maven care for about a month and am very pleased with the two main aides, Salah and Tayla. When there has had to be a change, the company has been responsive and quick. The staff on the phone have been easy to deal with! As I have been back and forth to the hospital, they have been again easy to work with for my schedule

We are a current client of Mavencare. The care is great, they have been wonderful. All the caregivers have been really good, and we have been very pleased. They are doing mostly household things for my mom like taking care of her home, making sure she takes her medicine on time, making her meals, and things like that. Obviously, some of the individual caregivers are better than others, but other than that, they have been very warm, nurturing, and caring to my mother. So I really have no complaints. They have been with my mother since the end of February, and there was only one instance where I had to go and take care of things because they couldn’t get somebody down at such short notice. But they had somebody there first thing in the morning, and I can’t really ask for more than that. They’ve been really very good about making sure that I’ve been happy with the level of care and the level of attention, so I have been very happy with them.

We used Mavencare for more than a month. We had an aide there 24/7, and she cooked, helped my mom with her medications, with dressing, and bathing. We were pleased with them. They were very professional and very good especially in the end when my mom was really bad.

I used Mavencare for a couple of weeks, and I will use them again. So far, everything was fine, and I didn’t have any complaints. They have been very nice and accommodating. They are very communicative and had tried to do what we asked. I would definitely recommend them.

Mavencare provides companion/aide for my mom who has dementia. The billing is very good. They charge my mother's credit card weekly, and we get a copy of the invoice. I would recommend them since they have good people. My mother likes the caregivers. They're very good.
