Nannys For Grannys is a private "Mom and Pop" home care agency that is PROUD TO SAY the LEAST EXPENSIVE in all of New York. Our level of care is outstanding as we provide services for as little as 20 hours per week to a 7 day live in. We provide Quality Caring Companions to families in need of assistance in the privacy of their own home or care facility. We also have 24 hours emergency service. You can always speak to one of our staff at anytime.
We build relationships, not case numbers. We provide service throughout Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Our Caregivers are screened, certified, bonded, insured, and experienced caring individuals that can provide quality care for those who prefer to stay in the comfort and security of their own home. We truly believe that " There is No Place Like Home".

Nanny's For Granny's took great care of our father for many years until Parkinson's took him. The Aide was awesome. Our father never had any bedsores. He was well taken care of.

Nannys for Grannys always promptly responds to my questions and concerns. Their caregivers are wonderful, punctual and pleasant to deal with. Most importantly, they are empathetic to their patient’s needs.

I relied heavily on Pat and her staff to accommodate my mother’s home care assistance. My mom is a very difficult, demanding 90-year young professional. We interviewed several caregivers before coming to a decision, all of them never seemed to gel with my mom. We finally gave up and let Pat run with the ball in choosing the caregiver and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Pat!

So many times aides didn't show up & we were never told they weren't coming. Happened to have only two aides that we felt were good (which is why we gave two stars). Very frustrating dealing with Nannys For Grannys. I would not recommend.

I can't say how the aides themselves are because 3 (THREE!) times after talking to the receptionist/coordinator we were told they would find an aide and call us back, they never did! I called one time, explained my mother's needs, then after a week and half of silence I called again and it was like starting all over again like they had never spoken to me. I reminded them of a particular detail that they would have remembered, and they said, "Oh, yeah, now it's starting to ring some bells". What, don't they start a file when someone calls and actually write down the info? The third time I had to leave a message - I was desperate because my mom was being released from the hospital and I felt like it was too late to try to find another company. But I should have gone elsewhere - after the message, they called me, said they would call back - and surprise! they never did. I wanted to use Nannys For Grannys because they are a small locally based company who promised more individual attention. Two different people gave positive recommendations of this company. But they were a big disappointment, I can't believe they have such terrible customer service.

Nannys for Grannys was OK. Maybe one or two people that were sent to care for my mother were suitable. I didn’t think the others had extended themselves at all. We weren’t that happy. The administrators were helpful, always willing to help and sensitive to our needs, but it was the actual employees.

Excellent companion care for mother. Helped keep her safe and made sure all of her meds were taken. Nanny for Grannys always made sure we had coverage when our usual caregiver was sick.

Excellent company. Girls were very professional. My husband was very well cared for. There 24 hour emergency service was as such a comfort. They were less expensive than competitors. Would recommend again.

I received excellent care from Nannys for Grannys. Their caregivers were very caring and professional. Their fees were very good, lower than any others I've contacted. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I think that they were unbelievably professional specially Robin since I deal with her most of the time. She always made me feel that she is put my needs first. She setup the interview process with 4 different caregivers so that I could interview them and feel comfortable with them and other agencies don't do that. The caregivers were all of topnotch quality.

Nannys for Grannys was highly recommended to me. I'm very very pleased with the caregivers and everything about them. They're very good and I've had them 3 or 4 times a week. I have no problem at all for the past 2 years that I have been using them. I'm very happy and satisfied. I would recommend them to anybody.

I like their website because they had the rate information. It was very very clear. It has the responsibilities of the caregivers as to what they do and at what level. I called them and their rates were reasonable and I went with them.
We went through a couple of caregivers before we got Grace. They told me that she was the best. Grace stayed with my mom until she passed away. She was very good with my mom and very good with my family.
The best thing about Nannys for Grannys is that when you call them they have an excellent administrative staff. They have a good group of people that answer that phones. They are responsive and polite. They connect well with you. They're knowledgeable.
