Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

When investigating agencies that would be able to provide in-home care for our 88 year old Mother, my sister and I were impressed with the Right at Home team. The entire staff was extremely responsive to calls and requests and did a fantastic job matching a care provider with our Mom. She was timely and compassionate. The online portal was an excellent tool to track the services received and the invoicing was convenient too. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Right at Home.

They allow me to remain where I am. My sister has cognitive impairment and I am her caregiver. A lot of the responsibilities she used to handle, I handle now like paperwork and finances. The help provided has helped me remain here. It's an extra job to think of what the aides can help me with. My paperwork is piling up and I am having trouble doing it and I get tired easily. I am trying to live my lives as normally as possible. Some caregivers are a big help with that and others are not.
Right now, we have 2 or 3 different aides. I like that the one who was excellent is no longer with them because they won't take the COVID vaccine. The one we have from Monday through Friday is very good. The one we have every other weekend is okay. When we get new people in, we find that difficult.

When I needed a home health aide for my elderly mother coming home from rehab, Right at Home was the only local health care agency to answer my call and jump right in to help me out. They provided the absolutely perfect aide within just a few days. She proved to be the angel who helped us get through a very difficult period. I can't speak highly enough about Right at Home.

My mom has a lady from Right at Home that comes in the morning and the experience has been very positive. I also like that it's a locally run business. There are two owners. One of them came right over to our house twice to meet us and on the first day that the caregiver started. We just started with them a week ago. They provide companionship and cleaning services for my mom and give her meds through a schedule that I made. I chose them because they're local and I met the owner in person. The caregiver is sweet and wants to do a good job. She also touches base with me. The billing and scheduling are exactly how I wanted them to be.

When she comes I am able to get out for a couple of hours to redo my brain and body. I can go to the gym, and revitalize myself. I was able to have Right at Home for up to five days, but sometimes my children come get us to bring us out as a couple into the public. We choose two days for now, but if we need to increase the number of days we can.
We love the aide that they give us. She is able to do an enormous list of things for us.

I really couldn't do without them. I don't think it's anyone's fault that the problems are happening, but it's inconvenient for me.
It's a freaky thing that's been happening in the last few weeks. I have an aide, but they took her off one of my days and gave her to someone else. In the two months I've been without her, they've sent me a different person every week.

We started out with quite a few caregivers, and my lovedon has been so happy with the caregiver we have now. The company listens to you.
I like that whenever there is a question or concern, they get back to me within minutes.

My caregiver takes me out to walk and we go shopping. We do a lot of things.
They said in the beginning that if someone called in sick, they would have someone else come, and that hasn't happened.

It was a wonderful experience. It gave me more of a positive attitude about getting well. They was very personable and kept me moving along.
I would definitely recommend them over a few other agencies. I was very pleased with the caregiver that came to me from them. They are organized in their record keeping.

It was just hard to get people to our home. They needed more caregivers. They took care of all of my mothers needs. They would get her up and dressed.

It has all been pretty positive. My caregiver does things without me having to poke her or anything. I can't do things like laundry, and they do all that for me.

Right at Home is not consistent. Some of their caregivers are very good, but some are not. Some caregivers are very interested in what they are doing, and some are just putting in their time.

Right at Home is very good, very reliable, and on time most of the time. Right at Home has helped my mother a lot, just having another person to interact with has helped a lot. It helps me too when my mother is doing well.

I love Right at Home. The caregiver is wonderful, and management does a great job with scheduling. If they know she won’t be able to come, they send out someone else immediately. They are really wonderful.
