Home Instead is the world's trusted provider of non-medical services to seniors. Our services include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands and incidental transportation. Home Instead is an affordable solution for older individuals who require non-medical assistance or companionship in order to remain independent. Our services can be arranged for as little as a few hours, or as many as 24 hours a day. Care is available seven days a week, including holidays. Our clients receive one-on-one services performed by CAREGivers who are screened, trained, bonded and insured. To achieve relationships with the utmost compatibility, we devote very special attention to matching our CAREGivers with our clients after a free initial consultation.

Pattie is always on top of everything. The quality of the women who have been hired is excellent. They have all seemed to be capable and caring. I am very happy that I chose Home Instead when I needed help.

I cannot say enough about Patty. Any time there is a change in my aunt's schedule she calls to let me know. She will go above and beyond to see she gets the right aid to take care of my aunt.

Home Instead has sent excellent high quality home health aids and companions to take care of my elderly mother. The assistants are obviously well screened, as everyone has been compassionate and honest and kind. You could not ask for more. Home Instead is extremely responsive to our needs, and dependable in sending someone for coverage when an aid is sick or on a vacation. It is a pleasure to deal with the office staff. They are accessible, efficient, and always respond promptly when called.

Home Instead has been very responsive to our family’s needs and provided competent and caring aides and companions for our elderly parents. They have often gone above and beyond their assigned tasks and been incredibly helpful in critical or emergent situations. We rely on them totally and are so grateful for their dedicated and thoughtful staff. We could not manage our parents’ without them and would recommend this agency without hesitation.

There are two senior companions who spend time with my mother three days a week. They are both caring and hard working individuals who go out of their way to help my mother in her home, as well as taking her shopping and to appointments. This has been an invaluable service as the quality of their work and care is very high and they are both loving, caring people, brightening my mother's days and helping me feel more confident and relaxed about my mother's living arrangement, since I live a distance away. The caregiver from Home Instead accompanies my mother to appointments, she does lightcleaning and cleaning, and she stays with her if my father has something to do. My parents seem to be very happy with her. She’s very personable, and she’s good at what she does.

I have nothing but accolades for Home Instead. Caregivers were wonderful. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service and coordinator. They always make sure a caregiver was available and never allowed my mother to be without help. I would recommend Home Instead highly.

Jamie came to the house to introduce himself to mom. He was kind and caring and interested in what she had to say. He introduced the caregiver, Roberta. She is wonderful to mom and meets all her needs. Jamie took the time to get to know mom and matched her with the perfect person. We feel completely secure and comforted by the care provided by Home Instead in Hauppauge.

We are very happy with Stacy our companion. She'll take us where we have to go or want to go. She does light house keeping and is friendly and trustworthy. She's a real companion to my husband and myself.

I needed Home Instead to care for my mother after my father suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. She needed help with daily household chores as well as local transportation.
I found the home instead aides and management are extremely caring and compassionate. I live far away from my mother. Their presence and help left me completely at ease that she was well cared for.
