Generally, very good. Caretakers take good care of my mom. They keep a good eye on her needs, provide valuable interactions and keep her looking nice. Replacement aides are rarely needed, but when they do come, they are well prepared and qualified. Overall, very happy with their care.

Comfort Keepers has been providing my mother with excellent, loving and attentive care for many years. Their caregivers are experienced, knowledgeable and above all compassionate. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers.

The PCAs and HHA are mostly hard workers. The office staff could use some sensitivity lessons. Overall, the aides are GREAT.

The owner of this agency is very pleasant and intelligent. She has been to our home a few times to introduce new care providers when a change in staff has been necessary. The first two ladies that helped us out here were skilled, knowledgeable, and very caring. Unfortunately, they had to leave for family reasons. Our present caregiver was sent to us without any experience or training and we were expected to train her as the agency seems to have become overwhelmed and unable to locate more experienced staff. I find this quite distressing as I am paying for a trained person who can take over when I leave the house for personal business, grocery shopping or just a brief period of social interaction and relief from my duties as a 24 hour per day caregiver. We use this agency to provide care for my father-in-law from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon. The only reason we have tolerated this situation is because we used other agencies in the past and they were far worse. A huge benefit is that this agency provides transportation for its workers. With other agencies, we had to pick up the aides at the train station on Friday evenings and drop them back off on Sunday afternoon. This meant we needed to find someone to stay in the house while we ran back and forth to the train station.
