My mom looks forward to someone coming in since I can't be there.
I have good contact with the office and they know who I am.

They relieved the pressure of having to care for someone that I'm not living with.
I really liked that they functioned as an agency as opposed to independent contractors.

I live in Houston and my dad lives away from me, it gives me peace of mind knowing the caregiver is there.
The caregiver who was put with him has been there over 3 years and we've had no problems.

She does pretty good, they need to stick to the schedule more.
The girl didn't show up one day, and one day she didn't feel good so she went home early, and they didn't have an opportunity to switch her.

I was out of town a lot and my father was in his 90s and needed care a lot.
The fact that they always showed up and the consistency of the service. Touching hearts was far and away the best of the 5 that we had in the house.
