I like HAPI so far. The lady that comes here seems to be OK and speaks bilingually. The caregiver doesn’t do much; she just comes here and cooks for mom. Mom is still able-bodied but a little forgetful, and that’s why we need someone to look after her and make sure she doesn’t go outside by herself. I like the lady to walk along with her. The billing is not clear yet; that’s something that we’re trying to work on because my sister keeps telling me about the billing. Scheduling is good, and the lady is always on time; we don’t have any complaints about it. We try to communicate with her daily.

I think they're great. They really look at all the details that someone of my mother's age needs. They have a home buddy system where she has to answer a bunch of questions with a machine. They gave her a life alert necklace and bracelet. They have nursing that comes in once a week or once every other week to check her vitals and everything. I like how they're very detailed.
