About This Community
Amazing Home Care's small staff is its greatest advantage. Light caseloads for each caregiver allow for more one-on-one attention. Clients depend on daily monitoring, either by phone or in-person. The agency puts clients first, and will accommodate varying needs in and out of the home; for example, clients can arrange for caregivers to meet them at various appointments.

These coordinators are not competent. They sent me someone who didn't speak English. Costing me 2 days wages. I have had 5 different home attendant in 7 days. The current attendant was thrown off the property by my moms dialysis center. For causing a ruckus , and they are failing to listen to my mother's needs.

I just removed my mom from this agency. They are extremely unprofessional. Aides not showing up. No notification of changes. Having Aides clock out early with no notice. We had a few aides who were very good but left because they were unsatisfied with the agency.

Still waiting for the Amazing part after all this time. Home health aids don't reach home on time don't speak English the employees give out the wrong address. The aids don't want to do anything but sit on the cell phones no cleaning either. Horrible

The only thing “amazing” about the agency is how “TERRIBLE” it actually is. Save yourself the frustration and aggravation and just look for a different agency now. The purpose of having an aide is to help and care for the person that needs care, not to cause the person problems.
The agency coordination team assigned (including the supervisor) is non-responsive, does not return phone calls (even in emergency situations), does not keep the client informed and tries to use the client’s family as back-up when the assigned aides do not show up, show up late or experience a problem during the day.
It appears that aides are not trained and are not monitored as they frequently are combative, often arrive late, or just sit around using their cell phones when they are supposed to be engaging the client or performing the duties that have been approved by the health insurance company.
