A year and a half ago,my pool service provider recommended Golden Heart Senior Care to my brother.He was concerned about me having support for my daily living as I got older.I am an 88 year old widow who lives alone.They matched me with a Caregiver who,like me,was from Germany.Since Stefan came to work with me,he has helped me to manage appointments,taken me shopping,prepared meals,taken care of my pill regiment,managed my car maintenance,and much more! When I was hospitalized,Golden Heart Senior Care made sure that my dog was cared for and my mail was picked up. Many times,Stefan and other Golden Heart caregivers have done much more than the job required. As I prepare to move in a retirement facility,Golden Heart staff has helped me adjust to the transition. I strongly recommend Golden Heart for Seniors,like me,who need extra support as we age.

We met the owner of Golden Heart as she was doing a follow-up on a client and caregiver. That right there was a positive point of the professionalism of this company. They don't just send employees out to do a job but they check with them and the client on a regular basis to see if they work together. Mom needed someone to take her to doctor appointments and so we called and scheduled a caregiver. That worked really well, so when mom had some major health issues we called them for full time care. The caregivers are professional and kind. They help mom with showers and medications and food preperation and laundry and other items needed. We trust the caregivers that are with mom, they treat her so well. The owner checks in with mom and us on a regular basis to see if we need anything. We can call them with any questions we may have. I highly recommend this company. Golden Hearts ROCKS!!

After the initial meeting with Christy and Stefan, both my Uncle and I felt certain that Golden Heart was the right choice for my uncle! My uncle had a stroke and his short term memory has suffered but after only a few visits from a caring person, Stefan, from Golden Heart, my uncle remembers the visits with Stefan and looks forward to his visits. Stefan works with my uncle on short and long term memory, he has also worked on puzzles, words, letters and so many more areas of cognitive care.
Thank you Golden Heart, your Heart is truly Golden!

Golden Heart has been extremely positive. I've had several of their caregivers in the house because of the hours I needed but everybody they send is extremely professional and knowledgeable on what needs to be done. They're solid people and I like them a lot. They provide toiletries for my mom, getting to and from the bathroom, washing her hair, taking her to and from doctor's visits, feeding her and cleaning up afterwards, light housework and laundry which is very helpful. They bill on a weekly basis and I put a check in the mail for them. The person who owns the company is a wonderful and caring person. She actually came out and give a personal evaluation on Mom. The first day she was there with the caregiver to make sure that everything was good.

We're a current client of Golden Heart. They were able to find us an excellent caregiver right away. Their billing is fine.

Golden Heart is wonderful. The first person that they sent out didn’t work out and wasn’t a good fit at all. My mother is a very quiet person, and the caretaker talked too much, but they replaced her quickly and the one that she has now my mom really loves her and does a good job. The owner came out and watched the first caregiver, then it took three or four days to find the right person. That woman was stressing my mother out too much. They did everything that should have done in order to make it a perfect fit. They really go out of their way to make sure. Billing is fine and convenient.
