We were referred to this agency by a State agency. We spoke to the director in her office one afternoon. We explained where we lived and what we needed. We were told we would get a call back. After several days and no call back my wife called the director. The excuse was that we lived too far away and none of their caregivers would drive that far. Our house is 12 miles from their office. Twelve miles, 15 minutes or less. Maybe it would be convenient if we moved into the vacant office space next door to their office.
