During my time with this company, I had to do more work trying to get them to show up and stick to a schedule than I even got help for. They were supposed to come 14 hours a week and on the time clock in on my phone and then out on my phone. They would skip clock out at some times if they even sent me someone. I got a transfer about two months ago after 3 or 4 formal reports against them and their poor treatment of me, the lack of consistency or caregivers showing up period, and other issues dealing with how they were supposed to help that many did not want to do. The staff showed up late and left early most of the time. The interaction with the caregivers that did show up was very strange, many I had to report afterward for issues like, not wanting to clean, not wanting to go in the store, simple things they were being paid by my insurance to do. The agency was almost the opposite of responsive to my request almost as if they would push back even more or ignore me out of spite when I would bring up issues. This is my review and I would give them 0 stars if possible, I am still looking for a new company because of how poor they left things. Makes me sad but many people try to get over on me as a disabled individual

My mother is very pleased with the services. She was hesitant to receive help but the caregiver sent by 1st Premier Home Care was sensitive to her apprehension and slowly earned her trust. Now, she looks forward to her home care visits and has asked for her caregiver to come one more day a week. It's been a positive experience for both mom and me, and now I don't worry about her so much.

I've been a client of 1st Premier Home Care since Dec. 2015. I have been very pleased with my caregiver. She is well trained and caring and does a good job anticipating my needs. I've not had to call the office very often, but when I have, they are always professional and answer all of my questions. I am so happy to have found them.

I have been a client since June 2015 and am very pleased. Dave is so caring and he sent me a wonderful caregiver named Jane. She makes me breakfast and keeps my house clean and laundry done up. I'm happy I found them and recommend them if you need home care help.

I’m not satisfied 1st Premier Home Care. I need somebody who can send the same person every day and they don’t. It’s just sad. They don’t send the same person every week, which I don’t like. I don’t know whether other companies do that or not, but this is the only one I’ve ever ran across, so I really don’t know how it works. The caregivers are OK. I’ve had so many since I started that it’s kind of difficult to say. Some of them are just kids and they don’t understand, and I’m an old lady. The girls are friendly and nice, except that some of them don’t understand. My insurance policy covers very little; therefore, it’s not all their fault.

My husband and I have been extremely pleased with Angela, our care aid assigned to us by 1st Premier Home Care. She is caring, thorough and always pleasant and on time for work. She drives us to our doctor appointments and does a good job with house cleaning and laundry. She also makes us meals which I usually give her my recipes because I am picky. We recommend them if you need help around the house.

I have been a client of Premier Home Care since 2012. I had a stroke and could no longer care for myself. I was hesitant to ask for help but my daughter found this company and interviewed them for me. She was impressed so I gave them a try. I have been so pleased with my caregiver, Sylvia. She is kind and takes excellent care of me. She helps me get dressed in the morning, makes my meals and cleans my house. She also does my laundry and takes me to my doctor's appointments. Now that I have the help, I don't know what I would do without them. Many thanks to Premier Home Care for helping me stay in my home. I recommend them highly so please don't hesitate to call them.

I have used Premier for both of my knee surgery and my recent surgery on my elbow. I had been in a home care industry for many years. What sets Premier apart from other competitors is the respect they have for one another and the commitment that they have to taking the best possible care of the patient. The one thing that I observed is that their attitude towards the company itself. They love working for the company. They think they're treated very fairly. They love the recognition that they are given for taking care of patients. The caregivers are so well-trained in giving the personal care that they qualify to do They are very considerate to give me the same person as much as possible which really give me a lot of comfort. They're very attentive to the request of the patient. The personal, individual attention that Premier gives is pretty outstanding. I have recommended them a many many times and I will continue to do that.

I heard a lot of good feedback about Dave on how he help clients out with whatever services that they needed. He was wonderful. I had a wonderful experience with Premier Home Care. The caregivers were all hardworking and nice. They are well-mannered. They would call me up almost daily to see how I am doing. I enjoyed their service thoroughly.

Somebody recommended Premier Home Care to us and I was really impressed with the one who came in and did the interview. We never have any problems at all and would highly recommend to anyone. The staff was excellent. I'm very happy with the care given to my mother. What I'm looking for in an agency was that my mother should be comfortable and trust that person and I've found it with Premier.
