When my father was given a few short months to live, he wanted to spend those final months as he had lived his life. He wanted to live it to the fullest possible extent with as much dignity as he could and he wanted to do so living in his home of 30 years. Visiting Angels allowed him to do both of those things. This company and the care givers in their employ looked out for my dad like he was their family. They lived up to their name and gave my dad the caring and companionship that he needed to maintain his independence and dignity. The company worked with us on scheduling and was able to increase the care as we needed it often within 24 hours notice. They worked with my insurance company and went above and beyond on the administration side. But where Visiting Angels shined the brightest was their staff of care takers. They cooked for my father, watched TV with him, Talked with him and walked with him. He enjoyed every moment with them and they became like extended family. As a Son who worked a full time job I can’t tell you how much it meant to me to have such caring people working with my father when I couldn’t be around. Five stars simply cannot convey how much I endorse this company and its mission to take care of those who cannot take care of themselves and whom are often transitioning through the hardest stages of life. But I can say that Visiting Angels made my dads transition through his final six months on this earth as painless as possible and for me they saved my peace of mine. God Bless you all for what you are doing. Lastly if you have a choice to go with this company someone else. I can only say that I can’t imagine another company doing a better job for you and your family.

Visiting Angels-Albuquerque has been Great! I live in Texas and when my parents needed support, I called Visiting Angels. The office staff has been so responsive and very easy to work with. Parents had 24hr care for over 5 months and are beginning to limit their scheduling primarily due to the great support from their caregivers. I highly recommend this Home Care Service Provider!

Maria is always on time and very friendly. She is full of laughter and good sense of humor. She takes her job seriously and is truly a kind and wonderful person. I would definitely recommend her.

I am currently using Visiting Angels to assist me in caring for my Father. I would recommend being very specific of your needs when setting up services such as transferring, personal hygiene, light house keeping needs, meals etc. so they can match you with the right caregiver. They offer meet and greet appointments to help in that process. Also, you should be specific on how many different caregivers you want coming into your home. After a year we have two girls who help in different ways. Wendy is so compassionate and caring a self starter that gets things done. She relieves the stress from the day and she knows what to do, you don't have to ask her to come help you, she's there. Visiting Angels also has an after hours number to call for unexpected needs, weekends included. I had used two other Agencys before contacting Visiting Angels, they are the best company I have used.

As things progress with parents that are ill...the level of care also progresses. Visiting Angels has been able to support this progression. They have been able to provide wonderful personnel on short notice, which has been a blessing. So appreciate their continued support.

Visiting Angels is currently working with my husband. Services provided include light housekeeping, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light exercise and companion care. He is well taken care of by a truly wonderful care giver who is compassionate, caring, enthusiastic, sensitive to his medical needs and very professional. It gives me peace of mind to leave him at home with a trusted Visiting Angel. I recommend Visiting Angels.

My mother-in-law is staying at home with Visiting Angels now. They clean the house, make food, or do laundry, whatever she wants. One of them was even washing her floors on her hands and knees and she told her, "No, don't do it," but that's how she used to wash her floors, so she kind of liked it. She has different girls come in, but I only met Chelsea, and she was very nice. They're expensive at $2,000 a week, but she likes it. They're there because she doesn't want to be alone. That's the main thing. There's been a little bit of a problem with the scheduling because the person making the schedules kind of overlapped the hours and two Angels came at the same time.
