Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

It is awesome. It has really helped me to have someone come in the morning for my mom when I am getting ready for work.
I would definitely recommend them to someone. I have had a very positive experience. This is the first time we have used a company like this. My sister sets up all the appointments and things. I like that we just tell them what hours we need and they work on it right away.

When I make suggestions, they always work with me.
They try really hard. When recommending them, I will make sure that these are the services they need. it is very important to fit the caregiver with the client's situation.

They prepare meals, help her get dressed in the morning, prepare her for bed, and do light housekeeping.
They sometimes have trouble with people who don't show up, which has been very difficult for us to scramble around for.

I like the individual that comes to help me as she is very nice so I'd recommend them.

Mom is losing some of her mental faculties and doesn't always know what is going on.
Melinda is Mom's caregiver, and she is so flexible and so willing to do anything that my mom needs.

The caregivers are the ones who make the difference for me, for the most part my caregivers are great but someones the fill in caregivers seem un-experienced.
I'd like to see them pay more to the caregiver. They don't make enough for the care they provide.

They relieve me of having to stay here all the time. My wife and I both need care. She suffers from dementia. I cannot leave her alone. With these people here, I can leave, and that is a big comfort to me.
I wish that they could send the same people. It would be nice to have someone be able to get used to the routine.

We had several really incredible aides that were really kind and understanding.
There were a few things that I didn't like. The day that they were supposed to start care, they didn't show up because the aide forgot she was working that day. There were a few other times when they couldn't fill shifts. I had to find another agency because they could never find care at night for us.

We have four excellent caregivers. Two of the four caregivers can do the hoyer lift which is the only way he can get out of the bed.
We have been quarantined four times within the past two months due to caregivers getting Covid.

When we used the services they came consistently, but there was a variation of the understanding levels of the different caregivers. Some caregivers didn't remember very well.
I would recommend Right at Home because they are consistent and react to my issues and concerns.

I would have liked updates from the caregivers. They would put notes in the book, but wouldn't update the notes in the app.
