They shower him and it gives me relief to know he is in safe hands.
They are very responsive and if the caregiver can't make it, they will notify us and find us coverage if necessary.

Anytime there is a schedule change, they call right away when a caregiver needs to step in with another caregiver.

The agency was great. They would check in and make sure we were satisfied. They would call in advance if there was a scheduling conflict.
I like that they match the patient with the caretaker really well as far as personality and personal needs goes.

This is the most unprofessional company I have dealt with in YEARS... I set up coverage with this company for my mother in July... I was told there wouldn't be an issue because we were visiting the shore AND THEY HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH COVERAGE IN THAT AREA. I have and emergency dental procedure pop up with required me to move my schedule TWO DAYS!!!!
Instead of being accommodating, which I thought wouldn't be a problem being that I have been communicating with the team since JULY... I was given an extremely short tone... a history of how they are having problems with coverage and everything else.. I wish you had been this unprofessional and none caring in JULY because certainly would not have moved forward with your team.
UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

All my mother has is the emergency response unit. She did get caregiver care at one point. The personal touch they have has made my experience positive.

They do things like cut up vegetables and fruit. My wrists are so poor I can't do it or I get cramps in my fingers. They also lift my plants to water them. They put bowls in the fridge if they are heavy. It is impossible for me to put it on the top shelf. They also sweep the floor since I am on a walker.
They help me and give me encouragement. It is hard for me to do things.

I could not have done it with out them all the time. They helped the most by making sure that he was changing his clothing, the bedding and washing it.
I really liked how dependable they were and the office was on top of their caregivers and let us know of changes weeks in advanced.

They could have lived with me, but other than that, they kept things under control at the house with my mother when I was gone.
They were always diligent in making certain that someone was there. Even if our normal caregiver couldn't make it, within minutes, someone else would show up.

I would recommend them from my own experience, although not every experience that I have had has been perfect. I have one person in particular who has been a great deal of help for myself and my husband.

You don't have to sign a long contract. The head comes out with the people to introduce them. They are very helpful.

We had Comfort Keepers come in three times a week, three hours a day to help our mother with her personal needs. I liked the contact person I spoke with. I had a good feeling with her so we went with them. There is a wide field of qualified caregivers, and Comfort Keepers is certainly one of them. The caregiver was very good. My mom was very happy with the care. Billing was prompt and scheduling was accommodating.

We're happy with Comfort Keepers. They've been helping us with my mom five days a week. We've had one caretaker and she's been very good, very caring and understanding. We're happy with the agency, but care is expensive. The agency has been very professional. I have no complaints at this point about the care provided.

We have received excellent care with Comfort Keepers. There’s a staff member who comes to introduce any caregiver new to us and to orient them to the care plan. This staff member is also very accessible if we have a concern or sudden need. A well-run caring company.

The quality of homecare my wife receives from the woman from Comfort Keepers of Haddonfield could not be any better. She anticipates needs and is very conscientious in carrying out expected services as well as going beyond the normal routine if needed. She is friendly and compassionate while acting in a professional manner. We love her like family. The other caregivers from Comfort Keepers were all good as well.

My mother received the best one-on-one care for her Alzheimer's disease. The caregivers that came to our home were interested in engaging with my mother so she had the best quality of life. I work full-time and I never worried that my mother would not be receiving excellent services based on her individual needs until I came home from work.

Have used Comfort Keepers for my mom for about 6 months. The caregivers are always punctual, professionally dressed, pleasant and helpful. They always ask what they can do to better assist you or the client. I would highly recommend.
