Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

She's very friendly and doesn't bother us. She leaves us alone, but if we need her, she is there. Not only that, but she doesn't bud in and take charge of our house. She is very wonderful.

Hiring the aide in the first place. He has become family. He helps my husband get up in the mornings and helps him with his daily hygiene. His help is invaluable.

They're not full-time aides, I call them when I need them and they come in for a couple of hours. It helps me a lot whenever they come in, because that's the time I actually need someone to be here if I need to run out.
The aides were very professional. They came on time and were prompt.

He got my husband ready for the night. He took care of everything. He changed his diaper and brushed his teeth. He did everything that I could not do.
The man that came was wonderful. He was always prompt. He took care of my husband in a wonderful way. I was fortunate to have him 7 days a week for the last four weeks of my husband's life. I never would have expected that care.

It has been a nightmare. They can hire qualified care givers, train them, and follow up with them. They should follow through with they say they are going to do.
They have poor management. Caregivers are not supervised or trained. Responsible parties are not notified when changes happen.

Without a caregiver to help me out a couple days a week I would go nuts.
They were responsive to my needs. I had a very fluid schedule. I did not have a lot of lead time and they were able to accommodate my needs for my wife on short notice.

They are an extreme help for me, I am the second caregiver, I do the weekends as well for them. Having the other people in the day is a big help for me, because before I was doing it 24/7 and it was killing me.
They should communicate better, it is hard to find people right now.

We would not be able to do it without them. She is patient with her. She has solicitude with my mother, and my mother can be difficult sometimes.
I have already recommended them. The best thing about them is that they don't have an answering service.

I do most everything myself. The caregivers are just here to make sure I don't fall. My only objection was one caregiver that was driving me, and I wasn't thrilled with it. I live on top of a hill, and she was afraid to go down. She'd go three feet and brake, and would repeat it. I didn't know how I was going to be.
I'd like the agency to do more of a background check on the caregivers.

She was not great. I tolerated it because I needed someone. They mislead me and told me that I would have the same caregiver all the time. That didn't work out. It wasn't good. After she told me she was going away, that was the breaking point.
When I tell the agency that I want the same person coming, they tell me she can't. Then they got me an aide that came for 3 weeks and went away. That is unacceptable.

They helped the most with their attentiveness to her needs. She could be difficult at times, and they didn't let that deter them. They would go with her out shopping and to appointments.
They understood our needs, and there were times that I needed to cancel if she was going into the hospital, but that was not a problem for them. We really like the nurses that were sent.

I couldn't survive with out them taking care of my loved one.
We have had many good experiences with them. We have been with them for a while and we are very happy with them and the personal touch they add. I really like the hands-on services I get from them. If someone doesn't show up, they volunteer to come sit with my loved one so they are very thoughtful

Right at Home needs to ensure that their caregivers arrive on time to my home. Right at Home needs to have their caregivers come into my home, do what they are supposed to do, and come on time. They are always late and I feel that this company has a lousy system.

It was for my mother-in-law. I did the research but they were the one who took over. So they were the one who decided to choose Right at Home as their provider. The attendant are caring and treat my in-laws with respect. My mother-in-law could not stop talking about how much she enjoyed being with the caregiver. I have recommended this home care provider to my friends. I know of two people who are also have the same provider because of my recommendation.
