About This Community
We provide Certified Home Health Aides to the elderly and disabled in the Atlantic County, NJ area. Our caregivers can assist with personal hygiene, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, medication reminders, exercise as per Physical Therapy. Our goal is to keep our clients safe and happy and well cared for in their own homes.

They are very helpful because somebody is there with my father. He does not want to attend a medical day program.
The problem I have is schedule changes. Sometimes my dad's aide has had to change her schedule. I can't change my schedule. Sometimes we have been inconvenienced.

It has helped since now I'm able to go out and do errands. I can spend time with friends and I get help with the chores around the house. I feel secure since they know more than I do about giving care to those in need.
I like that that they are very caring, professional, and knowledgeable.

She was very nice and very pleasant and would do everything my mother wanted her to do, but she talks so much she wasn't listening.
The caregiver was very nice, but she tended to be a little too talkative though.

She turned 100 and went downhill. Her skin was like paper and ended up with a horrible wound. I definitely felt as though we couldn't have done it without them. The caregivers came in on time. They helped her with wound care.
They stepped up with me and worked with me during an emergency situation. I could not have asked for anything more from them and what they did. They were fabulous. I was so appreciative of them.

The agency is helpful by being very flexible and if we need someone another day they can always send someone else.
I like that they are consistent with the person who goes to see my mom. She is great with my mom, fantastic, she encourages her to get outside and walk, and we are happy with her care.

The client loves the care and wanted the same caregiver back. We don't use the services very often, though.
The agency is very forthcoming. They were straightforward in telling me what they do and don't do. They are very accommodating and explains everything.

It's very important because having aides in the house is what allows him to stay in the house.

There was nothing more they could've done, my dog was stressed out when I had to put her up because the caregiver was afraid. I liked when one of the caregivers gave me a back and foot massage.
I liked that the caregivers were willing to help with whatever I needed help with.

I like that she has good companionship. They go shopping, they go to the hairdresser. It's very fitting for our needs. They have helped me the most, I'm in Philadelphia, and I have confidence that my mom is being covered.
It's the aide who has a real good relationship with my mom. She's been outstanding. I like that they have a team of two people. As we were signing up, that was a good feature for us.

It got the job done. The procedure I needed done was delayed and she was able to stay. It was flexible. I had no problems and I felt relaxed.
I like that anyone who answered the phone was very nice. They came up with what I needed. I wanted someone who would drive my car because some places are hard for me to get into.

The caregivers gave him great attention and care. The people that came to care for him treated him like their own father. It put my mom and I at ease.
I liked how compassionate they were. Everything was very easy to set up. We had someone else in the morning and Visiting Angels in the evening and they were phenomenal.

I couldn't help myself so it has been good. They helped most by washing me in the morning.
My daughter called there today to say that they should change the sheets and run the sweeper. I don't like to say anything that will go against the girls. They help me to a certain extent.

I don't know what I would do without them. They help with transportation. They take him to the firehouse because he is an honorary fireman. They take him to all his family parties.

I can just sit in my room if I want to or go out shopping if I want to. It's nice knowing someone's with my mom that I can trust to go do what I need to do.
They always follow through and check up on my mom, the people are great, and everything I've needed extra or changed they are great.

They spend their time doing her exercises with her and walking with her. They are just the best.
I think they are very understanding. They seem to be so caring and have been so attentive to my mom. I'd recommend them to anyone. My mother loves the two girls who come out.

She is getting dressed and likes to go out. I don't know where she is, but she has told herself that they are friends that come over, not a professional thing.
The girls come out, and if there is a cultural difference between customer and employee, it is an adjustment for my mother.

The first caregiver engaged with my dad really well, which was really helpful.
The one caregiver was really wonderful, and she went out of her way to convince my dad to do certain things like go outside and walk around, but the other caregivers didn't really put much energy into it, so we had to switch. The second caregiver wasn't as interactive.

It was likely not the caregivers' fault. My mother was just a difficult client. I think that when it was realized that she was not adapting well to what they were there to provide, they could have been more enlightening to her about things they could do.
They were very accommodating and quick in getting services to my mom. They were understanding when my mom didn't need it. They were professional.
