Everyone is very pleasant, helpful, and skilled.
I started out with Steve, and he set everything up for me. He's very nice, pleasant, and available. He takes care of things promptly.

It is helpful to have somebody here helping. She watches him carefully to make sure he's not going to fall. She is willing to help.
The person I had from the agency was very nice, she did her job. She was to keep an eye on my husband and she did.

He needs 24/7 care so to bring in a substitute is challenging, I would like them to overlap the shifts so they can communicate.
They do a good process of screening their aides. The interaction between the aide and agency works well.

When he first got out of rehab he really needed the care.

The caregiver has been very good at taking care of the client and doing the things she needs to do to make the client comfortable.
I would recommend the agency if you get the right person. When we first started, they came in and the supervisor explained everything to us. I like the service they are providing. Overall, the person that has been with us since day 1 has been very good.

The caregivers have helped the most by being there when they're needed. Right now my dad has a live-in caregiver. He has been very accommodating to my dad's needs.
The biggest thing is their care and how they care about the people they're working for and the people that are looking for their help. They have been very accommodating to our family and very friendly. It's just very heartwarming knowing that I can depend on people like that.

It has made my life easier. Sometimes I get frustrated because I am limited in my movement.
From the first time my care manager called me, she gave me her phone number, and whenever I call she always answers quickly. They seem to make a real effort.

It's really about my life. I know someone is going to answer the phone when I call. I know he is getting hydrated and being taken care of. I appreciate the the company and how helpful they have been to me.
I have already recommended somebody to this agency. I like that there's a local office I can talk to. Most of the time, I have decent communication with the case manager. I am very grateful for the caregiver they have found. The client finally has a good match.

The Senior Company provides excellent coverage! OJ came in to our home to make sure we had coverage for our the care of our father. OJ made sure my father was comfortable throughout the night. His caring mannerism relaxed my father and had his best night in weeks!! Thanks to OJ!!

Originally when the caregiver Flo came my wife was very ill and required a lot of time. The caregiver interfaced with my wife extremely well. She was able to get my wife to eat and take her medication.
The caregiver has done an outstanding job. She represents the company well.
