They provide excellent help with personal care for my loved one when they do find someone to come over.
I'd like them to improve the amount of staffing they have before I'd be able to recommend them.

We have had both live-in and hourly care givers. We have been using this company for over 2 years and have been very happy. The Care Givers are excellent. Prompt , friendly and professional. We have had 2 long term and a few temporary….all have been wonderful. The office staff is friendly and responsive. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Synergy HomeCare Metro NJ, especially Casey Holstein, was incredibly helpful as I moved my mom back to California after 20-plus years here in Northern NJ. His staff was attentive in helping my mom decide what to bring and what not to bring during the long and arduous process of moving 82-year-old Mom. Our caregiver Petera was a godsend. Along with the entire staff, I give a big shout-out to them and the work they do. They make & made my life and that of my mom so much better. I highly recommend them

Our experience with Synergy was truly wonderful. We employed them to provide an aide for our 89-year-old mother who was staying with us for the summer. Our mom needed an aide that was more of a companion...someone who was mentally stimulating and engaging as well as helpful with daily living activities. Synergy found two such women who were absolutely fabulous. I plan on using them again when our mom returns next summer!

Synergy provided two aides that were truly the most caring people we could have asked for. They've taken care of both of my parents for several years and took some of the load off me and my family. The office staff are also superb.

We are so grateful for Mr. Holstein and his professional team from Synergy Home Care. He was able to help us navigate the proper amount of care we needed for our mother who had early onset dementia. The aides we friendly, gentle and had the patience to deal with a senior who didn’t understand her symptoms. They also shared information that helped us with being better caregivers to our Mom. caregiver for my husband. typically arrives within ten minutes of expected time. Always pleasant and efficient, Never leaves early. Substitutes always available for 8 hour shifts -- more difficult for 4 hour shifts. (we use both) Office very efficient.

When my (then) 88-year-old mother became ill, Synergy jumped in with immediate (like within an hour or so) awesome aide, who handled the immediate situation and built a long term trusting relationship with both my mother and me. It wasn’t easy for my mother to cede any independence, because she had been working and driving up until that illness. The whole Synergy team has been available, knowledgeable and genuinely, as well as capably, helpful anytime and for anything we needed. I have and will continue to recommend Synergy !

My mother has an aide from Synergy. The staff is wonderful and responsive. The caregivers are responsible and trustworthy. I know my mother is safe and happy.

Synergy has been there for my father and has allowed him to be at home during the past few years. The caregivers are very caring and knowledgeable, they arrive on time and are dependable. We can count on them to be there when we need them. The staff is amazing. There is someone answering the phone 24/7 and the nurse is very helpful when we have any question regarding care. I would recommend Synergy to anyone who needs care for a loved one.

I tried using several other agencies for an aide for my wife, none of which had available aides immediately and when they did, the aides were not compatible with my wife. Then I tried Synergy. They are great and helpful on the phone and provided a wonderful aide immediately. She brings joy and happiness with her into our home, cares well for my wife, helps with common chores and has made both our lives better. I heartily recommend Synergy.

I would highly recommend Synergy Home Care. My mom needed assistance with her care while she was living with me. Synergy provided just the care she needed. The aids helped with her personal care, prepared her meals, took her shopping, to doctor appointments, and most importantly established a trusting relationship with my mom.
As her daughter, I always felt the office staff was available and helpful. Meeting the needs of their clients is their highest priority .
Synergy is home care at it’s best!

I had a procedure and my house keeper was trying to fill in. They helped me get dressed, washed, and did shopping. She was very good with assisting.
They were the only ones that would come and help. I couldn't get anyone else. Someone was able to get me someone right away.

The Synergy Metro NJ team has been taking care of my mom now for 6 months and they have been excellent at every turn. Between the caregivers and the office staff, we have had a very consistent and smooth experience. Jacqueline, the main aide & the others that have been introduced have been kind, patient, engaging and most importantly very good at telling myself &mysister about our moms daily goings-on as we live out of state and don't see her as often as we like. The office staff has been great in telling as well thigs we need to do & consider as mom ages. Janet, Rona, Carla & Casey have been really good at helping us move forward. They manage the realtionship withor Long Term Care Insurance company as well and have made it much easier for us to do. I would recommend them very highly

My mother in law fell and needed an aide. Synergy was quick to meet with us and create a care plan. From the start, the people we met at Synergy were professional, kind and empathetic to my mother-in-laws needs. The caregivers that Synergy provided were also wonderful. They took care of all her needs. She was bathed and dressed and treated with respect. I highly recommend them.

My father has been cared for full-time by a Synergy aide for the past 18 months. When I asked him what I should write in this card about his caregiver, he said, "the best--helpful, cooperative and nice." We are all grateful everyday for the help she provides and for the kindness and responsiveness of the people who run and work at Synergy.

Overall they've been good with me. Rona in the office calls me when the caregiver has some personal errands and needs to take off. They would always ask me if I want a replacement in or not.
Their invoicing if fine. They got back to me when I reached out to them a few times. There's been no real issues. We had a couple of times where my uncle was very stubborn and they've tried new people. They've been really understanding in finding the right person. It's been a very good experience with them and my uncle seems very happy.

My wife heard about Synergy Home Care. She got some good recommendations as well. Her mother was in this business. She called them and liked what she heard. One of the owners lives close by in our neighborhood. We felt comfortable with them and they were very professional right from the beginning.
I've had somebody from Synergy for about two years. Not just one person, but over that time we've also kept the same person for about a year which is very good to have that consistency. There had only been 3 main caregivers for almost 2 years. They are capable, helpful and nice.

My mom was in a nursing home facility and I knew at that point that she would need more care at home. I asked the people at the facility for places that I could call. I interviewed 3 or 4 people that represented different caregiving agencies. I was very impressed with Casey at SYNERGY. He was very personable and understood my mom's needs. He came up with the right person for my mom.
My mother had two caregivers from them. In the beginning she needed 24/7 care. There was a caregiver who was amazing. She really got my mom back to her feet. She really listened to my mom and took good care of her. The second caregiver, whom she still has, by far the best person I've ever met. The management has always managed to come up with people who work extremely well with my mother.

I can't say enough about Synergy Home Care. I have called on them many times over the last year to help out with my elderly mother and a brother who has disabilities. In every instance they have been compassionate, helpful, and genuinely interested in assisting families in every way possible. It is obvious that they are in this line of business because they truly want to help people with the challenging and oftentimes complex issues that arise with taking care of family members. Every caregiver that came to help, whether just for the day or overnight, was kind, professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I was able to have peace of mind and go about my life, especially at times when I needed to travel, and feel reassured that all was being taken care of with the level of concern one would expect from a family member. I will call on them again in a heartbeat, knowing that their services outshine many other companies in the same line of business.

Synergy HomeCare has provided my mom with 24/7 care for the last year and a half and it has given me and my two siblings the peace of mind that was sorely missing for the prior several years. The aide has become part of our family and is genuinely as concerned with mom's wellness as we are. Her every-other-weekend replacements have been as reliable as she is and we've had no miscues of any kind since day one. It has been an extremely positive life-altering experience for all of us.

We used Synergy for a 3 week period while my mother rehabed from Hip surgery. Starting with their Home assessment person and through 2 caregivers, they were great. Kind, caring, very supportive and extremely patient. My mom's progressive was greatly accelerated by their services.
