Finding good care for my mom as she started getting older was really difficult at first. It was hard to find a caregiver that worked well with her. Thankfully, our lives have become so much easier since we began working with Comforcare. Their continued service has been invaluable, and we would recommend them to anyone!

Caring for my dad as he got older was difficult for our whole family. Navigating the situation was uncertain and stressful before we found Comforcare, but their continued support and care for our father has been tremendously helpful. Comforcare is a huge aid to my family and I. The care they provide for my mom has made us feel so much more secure in her comfort and safety. Her Caregiver is thoughtful and has built a strong relationship with her. On top of that, the entire staff and Mike, the owner, are always easily accessible if we have any question or concern. The time when my dad first got sick was very difficult. There was so much uncertainty and we had no idea what to do. Thankfully, we found and began working with Comforcare. They quickly put our fears to rest the the care they continue to provide has made both my dads and families lives so much easier. Their caregivers are so kind and caring, and they never fail to make my dad feel comfortable. The office staff is also always polite and easy to work with whenever we have a question. It brings us so much peace to know my dad is in such competent and caring hands.

When my Dad needed care, we looked around a lot, but no other agency offered the same quality that Comforcare did. Mike, the owner, is always available to answer our questions which made the process of finding care a lot less stressful. The entire staff was also very easy to work with. We were having a difficult time with my dad when we found comforcare. They helped us out a lot, and were always informative and understandings. Everyone was always on time and they were ready to answer our questions whenever they arose. The caregivers were also kind and easy to work with. We had already been through a few agencies, so finding one worth sticking with was a big relief.

In my search for a homecare agency for my Dad I encountered several roadblocks, until I called Comforcare. They knew what they were doing and obviously have a lot of experience dealing with someone’s loved one. This was clear to me from the initial phone call to the nurse, owner, and caregiver, coming out to meet with me and my dad before they even started service. It was clear that they were compassionate people, as the nurse developed my father’s care plan and reviewed it with us in great detail. I have been with them for a few months now and the caregiver has bonded with my dad. The office staff’s communication is great, they check in with me regularly to make sure everything is going well. They have relieved us of a huge source of stress, and I would highly recommend them.

When our Dad needed care and we were looking for an agency ComForCare became the obvious choice. The nurse Miriam was wonderful at putting our mind at ease because of this terrible virus. She explained how she was responsible for giving all the caregivers a 2-hr. class on the virus and the precautions she taught to prevent the spread of it. It was also clear the caregiver Robin was educated on the preventive measures that the nurse Miriam discussed. The staff was extremely responsive and has checked in weekly to make sure we were happy with services. Robin is also a caring person and attended to my Dads needs. I highly recommend ComForCare as they were professional and caring organization.

My Mother is a client at ComForCare. I have been with this company for 2 years they have been exceptionally reliable, and their staff is very professional. Calling in with an issue is never a problem because it is always resolved within a timely manner. Whenever the aid cannot make it, they make sure to send in a replacement for my Mom. I have been with many agencies in the past and I can definitely say that ComForCare has been the only agency that made sure my Mom received her care no matter what. I am extremely happy with ComForCare and the peace of mind they give me.

ComForCare came to our rescue when our Dad was being discharged from the hospital and needed 1 on 1 care. The aide assigned was kind, patient and supportive. She was by my Dad’s side as her companion and friend. We lived over an hour away and were so grateful to know that the aide and the wonderful staff at ComForCare were taking good care of my Dads. My current caregiver treats me as her own and today she took me to her house and surprised me for my birthday, with gifts and cake. My dad had ComForcare Senior Services. We got a caregiver within two and a half weeks to three weeks, not long at all. Ronnie was great. She helped prepare his meals, bathed him, sat with him, and kept him company, so we were very pleased with the care. She comes on Fridays for four hours, Saturdays and Sundays for five hours, and Mondays for four hours. She was just very kind and sweet. She adapted very quickly to my father. He was a little stubborn with her, but she was very good with him. The owner was outstanding, helped us to find the perfect match, understood our needs, and everything regarding my father's stubbornness to hire help. She was very comforting to us, so it's very good.

My mother is using ComForCare Senior Services. The service has been great. We primarily use two different people: one who does daytime work and one who does nighttime work. They're very good to my mother, and she likes them a lot. They've been great. She goes to the bathroom two or three times a night, and she is a fall risk, so the night person helps her get up to go to the bathroom and she does some chores, like laundry. The day person gets her up, takes her blood pressure, weighs her, gives her breakfast, does her morning medicine and some chores, like a little light cleaning including the bathrooms or she runs the vacuum cleaner. They keep my mom company.
