She immediately put my mother at ease and by the end of our first meeting our mom was eager to see Maria again and eager for her to start the following week, doing light housework, grocery shopping, etc. What a turnaround! The peace of mind we had was invaluable. What we appreciated most about the agency was not just the services provided by their Home Health Aides (which can be done by many people) but the quality and professionalism of the workers they refer. Our contacts by phone and mail with the agency were always clear and quickly answered, and the staff people have always been thoughtful and eager to resolve problems.
