Comfort Keepers® caregivers travel to clients' homes to provide care services and living assistance, allowing seniors and disabled individuals to live comfortably and independently. They are able to get him to eat. He has a memory problem so he forgets, and he is not able to make himself food.
They personalize the care to a high degree, which I appreciate.

He was like a welcome visitor. The client had Parkinson's and dementia, but he always recognized him and looked forward to the visits.
The man who came was friendly and kind and very respectful and did a good job.

The most helpful part has been that they take care of my mom during the hours that I can't.
I like that they are really reliable, I can count on them. If I need a caregiver apart from my regular one, they are always able to get somebody for me.

If I ever need them again I wish they would send someone who doesn't need to be shown how to do anything.
They could send someone who is more capable of handling any situation.

It gave her a chance to talk to other people other than myself.
I thought that each of the nurses were very personable, and we were very happy with them.

The night aide helped me get some sleep. During the day, they helped him get around and do the things he needed.
They showed up when they were supposed to and they didn't promise things that they couldn't do.

I'm still me but they do make a difference. They do things that I can no longer do. If I did do it, I'd probably fall. It's very important. I have MS. I know my body so there are things I can't do.
They stay on top of things.

She went above and beyond. She even offered to take my mother home after the wedding. It just worked out so well to have her there.
I work there too, and I love them. I even recommend girls to work for them because I love it so much.

I am a only child, and it allows me to rely on a third party. I couldn't do it anymore because of where I lived.
They work with your needs, and they are accommodating. It doesn't feel like they are dictating the show. The family dictates the show.

It has been very helpful to me, especially when I get up in the morning to go to work.
I like the fact that they do call if they don't have coverage. They try to find someone on short notice.

It frees my dad up to go shopping, and a couple days a week, he does not have to bathe her. It gives him some time.
The person that comes out has been very good with my mother. They are able to take care of her and get her bathed without any problems.

The person is fine. She does a terrific job, and I am very happy with her. I don't know what else I could ask of her, other than to be here around the clock.

Our caregiver gets my mom up and dressed. She helps her to the bathroom and helps to get her breakfast.
I love the lady that comes out. She is very friendly. My mother feels comfortable with her, and we trust her. I was hesitant about a stranger coming to the house, but we trust her to be here without us being here. The agency is well organized, when they say they'll call, they follow through.

The people who we talk to are very gracious. They work with the communication, and they keep up with what is needed all the time.
The organization is well ran. They are responsible, and they call in when they leave so they know when they are or are not serving.

The most they have helped us in is relieving us of cooking, and bathing on a daily basis.
I don't feel that the caregivers do enough. They're supposed to do light housekeeping, and they sit more than they should. They feel that they're here for comfort.

We just needed them to come and take us to the doctor. It was helpful that they came, got us, drove us there, waited with us in the office, and then got us back.
We just needed someone to come once, and they were on time.

The office staff is very flexible and easy to work with regarding scheduling. The owner is caring and available, even on the weekends. Our main aide is an angel from heaven. She is experienced and compassionate. It is not just a job to her, but a calling. The secondary aide is sweet and attentive, but less experienced. She had not heard of the term dementia. Overall, I am pleased with this company.
